9:1 Созвав же двенадцать, дал силу и власть над всеми бесами и врачевать от болезней,
9:1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
9:2 и послал их проповедывать Царствие Божие и исцелять больных.
9:2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
9:3 И сказал им: ничего не берите на дорогу: ни посоха, ни сумы, ни хлеба, ни серебра, и не имейте по две одежды;
9:3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor pouch, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.
9:4 и в какой дом войдете, там оставайтесь и оттуда отправляйтесь в путь .
9:4 And whatsoever house all of you enter into, there abide, and thence depart.
9:5 А если где не примут вас, то, выходя из того города, отрясите и прах от ног ваших во свидетельство на них.
9:5 And whosoever will not receive you, when all of you go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.
9:6 Они пошли и проходили по селениям, благовествуя иисцеляя повсюду.
9:6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.
9:7 Услышал Ирод четвертовластник о всем, что делал Иисус , и недоумевал: ибо одни говорили, что это Иоанн восстал из мертвых;
9:7 Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead;
9:8 другие, что Илия явился, а иные, что один из древних пророков воскрес.
9:8 And of some, that Elijah had appeared; and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again.
9:9 И сказал Ирод: Иоанна я обезглавил; кто же Этот, о Котором я слышу такое? И искал увидеть Его.
9:9 And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.
9:10 Апостолы, возвратившись, рассказали Ему, что они сделали; и Он, взяв их с Собою, удалился особо в пустое место, близ города, называемого Вифсаидою.
9:10 And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.
9:11 Но народ, узнав, пошел за Ним; и Он, приняв их, беседовал с ними о Царствии Божием и требовавших исцеления исцелял.
9:11 And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spoke unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.
9:12 День же начал склоняться к вечеру. И, приступив кНему, двенадцать говорили Ему: отпусти народ, чтобы они пошли в окрестные селения и деревни ночевать и достали пищи; потому что мы здесь в пустом месте.
9:12 And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.
9:13 Но Он сказал им: вы дайте им есть. Они сказали: у нас нет более пятихлебов и двух рыб; разве нам пойти купить пищи для всех сих людей?
9:13 But he said unto them, Give all of you them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy food for all this people.
9:14 Ибо их было около пяти тысяч человек. Но Он сказал ученикам Своим: рассадите их рядами по пятидесяти.
9:14 For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.
9:15 И сделали так, и рассадили всех.
9:15 And they did so, and made them all sit down.
9:16 Он же, взяв пять хлебов и две рыбы и воззрев на небо, благословил их, преломил и дал ученикам, чтобы раздать народу.
9:16 Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.
9:17 И ели, и насытились все; и оставшихся у них кусков набрано двенадцать коробов.
9:17 And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.
9:18 В одно время, когда Он молился в уединенном месте, и ученики были с Ним, Он спросил их: за кого почитает Меня народ?
9:18 And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?
9:19 Они сказали в ответ: за Иоанна Крестителя, а иные за Илию; другие же говорят , что один из древних пророков воскрес.
9:19 They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elijah; and others say, that one of the old prophets has risen again.
9:20 Он же спросил их: а вы за кого почитаете Меня? Отвечал Петр: за Христа Божия.
9:20 He said unto them, But whom say all of you that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.
9:21 Но Он строго приказал им никому не говорить о сем,
9:21 And he strictly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;
9:22 сказав, что Сыну Человеческому должно много пострадать, и быть отвержену старейшинами, первосвященниками и книжниками, и быть убиту, и в третий деньвоскреснуть.
9:22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.
9:23 Ко всем же сказал: если кто хочет идти за Мною, отвергнись себя, и возьми крест свой, и следуй за Мною.
9:23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
9:24 Ибо кто хочет душу свою сберечь, тот потеряет ее; а кто потеряет душу свою ради Меня, тот сбережет ее.
9:24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
9:25 Ибо что пользы человеку приобрести весь мир, а себя самого погубить или повредить себе?
9:25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
9:26 Ибо кто постыдится Меня и Моих слов, того Сын Человеческий постыдится, когда приидет во славе Своей и Отца и святых Ангелов.
9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, (o. logos) of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
9:27 Говорю же вам истинно: есть некоторые из стоящих здесь, которые не вкусят смерти, как уже увидят Царствие Божие.
9:27 But I tell you truthfully, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.
9:28 После сих слов, дней через восемь, взяв Петра, Иоанна и Иакова, взошел Он на гору помолиться.
9:28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, (o. logos) he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.
9:29 И когда молился, вид лица Его изменился, и одежда Его сделалась белою, блистающею.
9:29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and flashing.
9:30 И вот, два мужа беседовали с Ним, которые были Моисей и Илия;
9:30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elijah:
9:31 явившись во славе, они говорили об исходе Его, который Ему надлежало совершить в Иерусалиме.
9:31 Who appeared in glory, and spoke of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.
9:32 Петр же и бывшие с ним отягчены были сном; но, пробудившись, увидели славу Его и двух мужей, стоявших с Ним.
9:32 But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.
9:33 И когда они отходили от Него, сказал Петр Иисусу: Наставник! хорошо нам здесь быть; сделаем три кущи: одну Тебе, одну Моисею и одну Илии, – не зная, что говорил.
9:33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for you, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah: not knowing what he said.
9:34 Когда же он говорил это, явилось облако и осенило их; и устрашились, когда вошли в облако.
9:34 While he thus spoke, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.
9:35 И был из облака глас, глаголющий: Сей есть Сын Мой Возлюбленный, Его слушайте.
9:35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
9:36 Когда был глас сей, остался Иисус один. И они умолчали, и никому не говорили в те дни о том, что видели.
9:36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.
9:37 В следующий же день, когда они сошли с горы, встретило Его много народа.
9:37 And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they were come down from the hill, much people met him.
9:38 Вдруг некто из народа воскликнул: Учитель! умоляю Тебя взглянуть на сына моего, он один у меня:
9:38 And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I plead to you, look upon my son: for he is mine only child.
9:39 его схватывает дух, и он внезапно вскрикивает, итерзает его, так что он испускает пену; и насилу отступает от него, измучив его.
9:39 And, lo, a spirit (o. pneuma) takes him, and he suddenly cries out; and it tears him that he foams again, and bruising him hardly departs from him.
9:40 Я просил учеников Твоих изгнать его, и они не могли.
9:40 And I besought your disciples to cast him out; and they could not.
9:41 Иисус же, отвечая, сказал: о, род неверный и развращенный! доколе буду с вами и буду терпеть вас? приведи сюда сына твоего.
9:41 And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring your son here.
9:42 Когда же тот еще шел, бес поверг его и стал бить; но Иисус запретил нечистому духу, и исцелил отрока, и отдал его отцу его.
9:42 And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, (o. pneuma) and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.
9:43 И все удивлялись величию Божию. Когда же все дивились всему, что творил Иисус, Он сказал ученикам Своим:
9:43 And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,
9:44 вложите вы себе в уши слова сии: Сын Человеческий будет предан в руки человеческие.
9:44 Let these sayings (o. logos) sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.
9:45 Но они не поняли слова сего, и оно было закрыто от них, так что они не постигли его, а спросить Его о сем слове боялись.
9:45 But they understood not this saying, (o. rhema) and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying. (o. rhema)
9:46 Пришла же им мысль: кто бы из них был больше?
9:46 Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.
9:47 Иисус же, видя помышление сердца их, взяв дитя, поставил его пред Собою
9:47 And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him,
9:48 и сказал им: кто примет сие дитяво имя Мое, тот Меня принимает; а кто примет Меня, тот принимает Пославшего Меня; ибо кто из вас меньше всех, тот будет велик.
9:48 And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receives me: and whosoever shall receive me receives him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
9:49 При сем Иоанн сказал: Наставник! мы видели человека, именем Твоим изгоняющего бесов, и запретили ему, потому что он не ходит с нами.
9:49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in your name; and we forbad him, because he follows not with us.
9:50 Иисус сказал ему: не запрещайте, ибо кто не против вас, тот за вас.
9:50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.
9:51 Когда же приближались дни взятия Его от мира , Он восхотел идти в Иерусалим;
9:51 And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he steadfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,
9:52 и послал вестников пред лицем Своим; и они пошли и вошли в селение Самарянское; чтобы приготовить для Него;
9:52 And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.
9:53 но там не приняли Его, потому что Он имел вид путешествующего в Иерусалим.
9:53 And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.
9:54 Видя то, ученики Его, Иаков и Иоанн, сказали: Господи! хочешь ли, мы скажем, чтобы огонь сошел с неба и истребил их, как и Илия сделал?
9:54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, will you that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elijah did?
9:55 Но Он, обратившись к ним, запретил им и сказал: не знаете, какого вы духа;
9:55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, All of you know not what manner of spirit (o. pneuma) all of you are of.
9:56 ибо Сын Человеческий пришел не губить души человеческие, а спасать. И пошли в другое селение.
9:56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.
9:57 Случилось, что когда они были в пути, некто сказалЕму: Господи! я пойду за Тобою, куда бы Ты ни пошел.
9:57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow you anywhere you go.
9:58 Иисус сказал ему: лисицы имеют норы, и птицы небесные – гнезда; а Сын Человеческий не имеет, где приклонить голову.
9:58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man has not where to lay his head.
9:59 А другому сказал: следуй за Мною. Тот сказал: Господи! позволь мне прежде пойти и похоронить отца моего.
9:59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
9:60 Но Иисус сказал ему: предоставь мертвым погребать своих мертвецов, а ты иди, благовествуй Царствие Божие.
9:60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go you and preach the kingdom of God.
9:61 Еще другой сказал: я пойду за Тобою, Господи! но прежде позволь мне проститься с домашними моими.
9:61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow you; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
9:62 Но Иисус сказал ему: никто, возложивший руку свою на плуг и озирающийся назад, не благонадежен для Царствия Божия.
9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
10:1 После сего избрал Господь и других семьдесят учеников , и послал их по два пред лицем Своим во всякий город и место, куда Сам хотел идти,
10:1 After these things the LORD appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, where he himself would come.
10:2 и сказал им: жатвы много, а делателей мало; итак, молите Господина жатвы, чтобы выслал делателей на жатву Свою.
10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray all of you therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
10:3 Идите! Я посылаю вас, как агнцев среди волков.
10:3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
10:4 Не берите ни мешка, ни сумы, ни обуви, и никого на дороге не приветствуйте.
10:4 Carry neither purse, nor pouch, nor shoes: and salute no man by the way.
10:5 В какой дом войдете, сперва говорите: мир дому сему;
10:5 And into whatsoever house all of you enter, first say, Peace be to this house.
10:6 и если будет там сын мира, то почиет на нем мир ваш, а если нет, то к вам возвратится.
10:6 And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.
10:7 В доме же том оставайтесь, ешьте и пейте, что у них есть, ибо трудящийся достоин награды за труды свои; не переходите из дома в дом.
10:7 And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house.
10:8 И если придете в какой город и примут вас, ешьте, что вам предложат,
10:8 And into whatsoever city all of you enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you:
10:9 и исцеляйте находящихся в нем больных, и говорите им: приблизилось к вам Царствие Божие.
10:9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God has come nigh unto you.
10:10 Если же придете в какой город и не примут вас, то, выйдя на улицу, скажите:
10:10 But into whatsoever city all of you enter, and they receive you not, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
10:11 и прах, прилипший к нам от вашего города, отрясаем вам; однако же знайте, что приблизилось к вам Царствие Божие.
10:11 Even the very dust of your city, which cleaves on us, we do wipe off against you: notwithstanding be all of you sure of this, that the kingdom of God has come nigh unto you.
10:12 Сказываю вам, что Содому в день оный будет отраднее, нежели городу тому.
10:12 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
10:13 Горе тебе, Хоразин! горе тебе, Вифсаида! ибо если бы в Тире и Сидоне явлены были силы, явленные в вас, то давно бы они, сидя во вретище и пепле, покаялись;
10:13 Woe unto you, Chorazin! woe unto you, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
10:14 но и Тиру и Сидону отраднее будет на суде, нежели вам.
10:14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment, than for you.
10:15 И ты, Капернаум, до неба вознесшийся, до ада низвергнешься.
10:15 And you, Capernaum, which are exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell.
10:16 Слушающий вас Меня слушает, и отвергающийся вас Меня отвергается; а отвергающийся Меня отвергается Пославшего Меня.
10:16 He that hears you hears me; and he that despises you despises me; and he that despises me despises him that sent me.
10:17 Семьдесят учеников возвратились с радостью и говорили: Господи! и бесы повинуются нам о имени Твоем.
10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through your name.
10:18 Он же сказал им: Я видел сатану, спадшего с неба, как молнию;
10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
10:19 се, даю вам власть наступать на змей и скорпионов и на всю силу вражью, и ничто не повредит вам;
10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
10:20 однакож тому не радуйтесь, что духи вам повинуются, но радуйтесь тому, что имена ваши написаны на небесах.
10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits (o. pneuma) are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
10:21 В тот час возрадовался духом Иисус и сказал: славлю Тебя, Отче, Господи неба и земли, что Ты утаил сие от мудрых и разумных и открыл младенцам. Ей, Отче! Ибо таково было Твое благоволение.
10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, (o. pneuma) and said, I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hid these things from the wise and prudent, and have revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in your sight.
10:22 И, обратившись к ученикам, сказал: все предано Мне Отцем Моим; и кто есть Сын, не знает никто, кроме Отца, и кто есть Отец, не знает никто , кроме Сына, и кому Сын хочет открыть.
10:22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knows who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
10:23 И, обратившись к ученикам, сказал им особо: блаженны очи, видящие то, что вы видите!
10:23 And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that all of you see:
10:24 ибо сказываю вам, что многие пророки и цари желали видеть, что вы видите, и не видели, и слышать, что вы слышите, и не слышали.
10:24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which all of you see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which all of you hear, and have not heard them.
10:25 И вот, один законник встал и, искушая Его, сказал: Учитель! что мне делать, чтобы наследоватьжизнь вечную?
10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
10:26 Он же сказал ему: в законе что написано? как читаешь?
10:26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how read you?
10:27 Он сказал в ответ: возлюби Господа Богатвоего всем сердцем твоим, и всею душею твоею, и всею крепостию твоею, и всем разумением твоим, и ближнего твоего, как самого себя.
10:27 And he answering said, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbour as yourself.
10:28 Иисус сказал ему: правильно ты отвечал; так поступай, и будешь жить.
10:28 And he said unto him, You have answered right: this do, and you shall live.
10:29 Но он, желая оправдать себя, сказал Иисусу: а кто мой ближний?
10:29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
10:30 На это сказал Иисус: некоторый человек шел из Иерусалима в Иерихон и попался разбойникам, которые сняли с него одежду, изранили его и ушли, оставив его едва живым.
10:30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
10:31 По случаю один священник шел тою дорогою и, увидев его, прошел мимо.
10:31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
10:32 Также и левит, быв на том месте, подошел, посмотрел и прошел мимо.
10:32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
10:33 Самарянин же некто, проезжая, нашел на него и, увидев его, сжалился
10:33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
10:34 и, подойдя, перевязал ему раны, возливая масло и вино; и, посадив его на своего осла, привез его в гостиницу и позаботился о нем;
10:34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
10:35 а на другой день, отъезжая, вынул два динария, дал содержателю гостиницы и сказал ему: позаботься о нем; и если издержишь что более, я, когда возвращусь, отдам тебе.
10:35 And on the next day when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever you spend more, when I come again, I will repay you.
10:36 Кто из этих троих, думаешь ты, был ближний попавшемуся разбойникам?
10:36 Which now of these three, think you, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
10:37 Он сказал: оказавший ему милость. Тогда Иисус сказал ему: иди, и ты поступай так же.
10:37 And he said, He that showed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do you likewise.
10:38 В продолжение пути их пришел Он в одно селение; здесь женщина, именем Марфа, приняла Его в дом свой;
10:38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
10:39 у нее была сестра, именем Мария, которая села у ног Иисуса и слушала слово Его.
10:39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word. (o. logos)
10:40 Марфа же заботилась о большом угощении и, подойдя, сказала: Господи! или Тебе нужды нет, что сестра моя одну меня оставила служить? скажи ей, чтобыпомогла мне.
10:40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.
10:41 Иисус же сказал ей в ответ: Марфа! Марфа! ты заботишься и суетишься о многом,
10:41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, you are careful and troubled about many things:
10:42 а одно только нужно; Мария же избрала благую часть,которая не отнимется у нее.
10:42 But one thing is necessary: and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
11:1 Случилось, что когда Он в одном месте молился, и перестал, один из учеников Его сказал Ему: Господи! научи нас молиться, как и Иоанн научил учеников своих.
11:1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
11:2 Он сказал им: когда молитесь, говорите: Отче наш, сущий на небесах! да святится имя Твое; да приидет Царствие Твое; да будет воля Твоя и на земле, как нанебе;
11:2 And he said unto them, When all of you pray, say, Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
11:3 хлеб наш насущный подавай нам на каждый день;
11:3 Give us day by day our daily bread.
11:4 и прости нам грехи наши, ибо и мы прощаем всякому должнику нашему; и не введи нас в искушение, но избавь нас от лукавого.
11:4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
11:5 И сказал им: положим, что кто-нибудь из вас, имея друга, придет к нему в полночь и скажет ему: друг! дай мне взаймы три хлеба,
11:5 And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;
11:6 ибо друг мой с дороги зашел ко мне, и мне нечего предложить ему;
11:6 For a friend of mine in his journey has come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?
11:7 а тот изнутри скажет ему в ответ: не беспокой меня, двери уже заперты, и дети мои со мною на постели; не могу встать и дать тебе.
11:7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give you.
11:8 Если, говорю вам, он не встанет и не даст ему по дружбе с ним, то по неотступности его, встав, даст ему, сколько просит.
11:8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needs.
11:9 И Я скажу вам: просите, и дано будет вам; ищите, и найдете;стучите, и отворят вам,
11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and all of you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
11:10 ибо всякий просящий получает, и ищущий находит, и стучащему отворят.
11:10 For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened.
11:11 Какой из вас отец, когда сын попросит у него хлеба, подаст ему камень? или, когда попросит рыбы, подаст ему змею вместо рыбы?
11:11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
11:12 Или, если попросит яйца, подаст ему скорпиона?
11:12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
11:13 Итак, если вы, будучи злы, умеете даяния благие давать детям вашим, тем более Отец Небесный даст Духа Святаго просящим у Него.
11:13 If all of you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit (o. pneuma) to them that ask him?
11:14 Однажды изгнал Он беса, который был нем; и когда бес вышел, немой стал говорить; и народ удивился.
11:14 And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spoke; and the people wondered.
11:15 Некоторые же из них говорили: Он изгоняет бесов силою веельзевула, князя бесовского.
11:15 But some of them said, He casts out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.
11:16 А другие, искушая, требовали от Него знамения с неба.
11:16 And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.
11:17 Но Он, зная помышления их, сказал им: всякое царство, разделившееся само в себе, опустеет, и дом, разделившийся сам в себе, падет;
11:17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falls.
11:18 если же и сатана разделится сам в себе, то как устоит царство его? а вы говорите, что Я силою веельзевула изгоняю бесов;
11:18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because all of you say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.
11:19 и если Я силою веельзевула изгоняю бесов, то сыновьяваши чьею силою изгоняют их? Посему они будут вам судьями.
11:19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.
11:20 Если же Я перстом Божиим изгоняю бесов, то, конечно,достигло до вас Царствие Божие.
11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God has come upon you.
11:21 Когда сильный с оружием охраняет свой дом, тогда в безопасности его имение;
11:21 When a strong man armed keeps his palace, his goods are in peace:
11:22 когда же сильнейший его нападет на него и победит его, тогда возьмет все оружие его, на которое он надеялся, и разделит похищенное у него.
11:22 But when a stronger than he shall come upon him, and overcome him, he takes from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divides his spoils.
11:23 Кто не со Мною, тот против Меня; и кто не собирает со Мною, тот расточает.
11:23 He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathers not with me scatters.
11:24 Когда нечистый дух выйдет из человека, то ходит по безводным местам, ища покоя, и, не находя, говорит: возвращусь в дом мой, откуда вышел;
11:24 When the unclean spirit (o. pneuma) is gone out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he says, I will return unto my house whence I came out.
11:25 и, придя, находит его выметенным и убранным;
11:25 And when he comes, he finds it swept and garnished.
11:26 тогда идет и берет с собою семь других духов, злейших себя, и, войдя, живут там, – и бывает для человека того последнее хуже первого.
11:26 Then goes he, and takes to him seven other spirits (o. pneuma) more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
11:27 Когда же Он говорил это, одна женщина, возвысив голос из народа, сказала Ему: блаженно чрево, носившее Тебя, и сосцы, Тебя питавшие!
11:27 And it came to pass, as he spoke these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare you, and the breast which you have sucked.
11:28 А Он сказал: блаженны слышащие слово Божие и соблюдающие его.
11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word (o. logos) of God, and keep it.
11:29 Когда же народ стал сходиться во множестве, Он начал говорить: род сей лукав, он ищет знамения, и знамение не дастся ему, кроме знамения Ионы пророка;
11:29 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.
11:30 ибо как Иона был знамением для Ниневитян, так будет и Сын Человеческий для рода сего.
11:30 For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.
11:31 Царица южная восстанет на суд с людьми рода сего и осудит их, ибо она приходила от пределов земли послушать мудрости Соломоновой; и вот, здесь больше Соломона.
11:31 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
11:32 Ниневитяне восстанут на суд с родом сим и осудят его, ибо они покаялись от проповеди Иониной, и вот, здесь больше Ионы.
11:32 The men of Nineveh shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.
11:33 Никто, зажегши свечу, не ставит ее в сокровенном месте, ни под сосудом, но на подсвечнике, чтобы входящие видели свет.
11:33 No man, when he has lighted a candle, puts it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.
11:34 Светильник тела есть око; итак, если око твое будет чисто, то и все тело твое будет светло; а если оно будет худо, то и тело твое будет темно.
11:34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when yours eye is single, your whole body also is full of light; but when yours eye is evil, your body also is full of darkness.
11:35 Итак, смотри: свет, который в тебе, не есть ли тьма?
11:35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in you be not darkness.
11:36 Если же тело твое все светло и не имеет ни одной темной части, то будет светло все так, как бы светильникосвещал тебя сиянием.
11:36 If your whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle does give you light.
11:37 Когда Он говорил это, один фарисей просил Его к себе обедать. Он пришел и возлег.
11:37 And as he spoke, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to food.
11:38 Фарисей же удивился, увидев, что Он не умыл рук перед обедом.
11:38 And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.
11:39 Но Господь сказал ему: ныне вы, фарисеи, внешность чаши и блюда очищаете, а внутренность ваша исполнена хищения и лукавства.
11:39 And the Lord said unto him, Now do all of you Pharisees make clean the outside of the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.
11:40 Неразумные! не Тот же ли, Кто сотворил внешнее, сотворил и внутреннее?
11:40 All of you fools, did not he that made that which is without make that which is within also?
11:41 Подавайте лучше милостыню из того, что у вас есть, тогда все будет у вас чисто.
11:41 But rather give alms of such things as all of you have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.
11:42 Но горе вам, фарисеям, что даете десятину с мяты, руты и всяких овощей, и нерадите о суде и любви Божией: сие надлежало делать, и того не оставлять.
11:42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for all of you tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love (o. agape) of God: these ought all of you to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
11:43 Горе вам, фарисеям, что любите председания в синагогах и приветствия в народных собраниях.
11:43 Woe unto you, Pharisees! for all of you love the uppermost seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the markets.
11:44 Горе вам, книжники и фарисеи, лицемеры, что вы – как гробы скрытые, над которыми люди ходят и не знают того.
11:44 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for all of you are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over them are not aware of them.
11:45 На это некто из законников сказал Ему: Учитель! говоря это, Ты и нас обижаешь.
11:45 Then answered one of the lawyers, and said unto him, Master, thus saying you reproach us also.
11:46 Но Он сказал: и вам, законникам, горе, что налагаете на людей бремена неудобоносимые, а сами и одним перстом своим не дотрагиваетесь до них.
11:46 And he said, Woe unto you also, all of you lawyers! for all of you load men with burdens grievous to be borne, and all of you yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.
11:47 Горе вам, что строите гробницы пророкам, которых избили отцы ваши:
11:47 Woe unto you! for all of you build the sepulchers of the prophets, and your fathers killed them.
11:48 сим вы свидетельствуете о делах отцов ваших и соглашаетесь с ними, ибо они избили пророков, а вы строите им гробницы.
11:48 Truly all of you bear witness that all of you allow the deeds of your fathers: for they indeed killed them, and all of you build their sepulchers.
11:49 Потому и премудрость Божия сказала: пошлю к ним пророков и Апостолов, и из них одних убьют, а других изгонят,
11:49 Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute:
11:50 да взыщется от рода сего кровь всех пророков, пролитая от создания мира,
11:50 That the blood of all the prophets, which was shed from the foundation of the world, may be required of this generation;
11:51 от крови Авеля до крови Захарии, убитого между жертвенником и храмом. Ей, говорю вам, взыщется от рода сего.
11:51 From the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zacharias which perished between the altar and the temple: verily I say unto you, It shall be required of this generation.
11:52 Горе вам, законникам, что вы взяли ключ разумения: сами не вошли, и входящим воспрепятствовали.
11:52 Woe unto you, lawyers! for all of you have taken away the key of knowledge: all of you entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in all of you hindered.
11:53 Когда Он говорил им это, книжники и фарисеи начали сильно приступать к Нему, вынуждая у Него ответы на многое,
11:53 And as he said these things unto them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to urge him vehemently, and to provoke him to speak of many things:
11:54 подыскиваясь под Него и стараясь уловить что-нибудь из уст Его, чтобы обвинить Его.
11:54 Laying wait for him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him.
12:1 Между тем, когда собрались тысячи народа, так что теснили друг друга, Он начал говорить сперва ученикамСвоим: берегитесь закваски фарисейской, которая есть лицемерие.
12:1 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware all of you of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
12:2 Нет ничего сокровенного, что не открылось бы, и тайного, чего не узнали бы.
12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
12:3 Посему, что вы сказали в темноте, то услышится во свете; и что говорили на ухо внутри дома, то будет провозглашено на кровлях.
12:3 Therefore whatsoever all of you have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which all of you have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
12:4 Говорю же вам, друзьям Моим: не бойтесь убивающих тело и потом не могущих ничего более сделать;
12:4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
12:5 но скажу вам, кого бояться: бойтесь того, кто, по убиении, может ввергнуть в геенну: ей,говорю вам, того бойтесь.
12:5 But I will forewarn you whom all of you shall fear: Fear him, which after he has killed has power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
12:6 Не пять ли малых птиц продаются за два ассария? и ни одна из них не забыта у Бога.
12:6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
12:7 А у вас и волосы на голове все сочтены. Итак не бойтесь: вы дороже многих малых птиц.
12:7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: all of you are of more value than many sparrows.
12:8 Сказываю же вам: всякого, кто исповедает Меня пред человеками, и Сын Человеческий исповедает пред Ангелами Божиими;
12:8 Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
12:9 а кто отвергнется Меня пред человеками, тот отвержен будет пред Ангелами Божиими.
12:9 But he that denies me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
12:10 И всякому, кто скажет слово на Сына Человеческого,прощено будет; а кто скажет хулу на Святаго Духа, тому не простится.
12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word (o. logos) against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemes against the Holy Spirit (o. pneuma) it shall not be forgiven.
12:11 Когда же приведут вас в синагоги, к начальствам ивластям, не заботьтесь, как или что отвечать, или что говорить,
12:11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take all of you no thought how or what thing all of you shall answer, or what all of you shall say:
12:12 ибо Святый Дух научит вас в тот час, что должно говорить.
12:12 For the Holy Spirit (o. pneuma) shall teach you in the same hour what all of you ought to say.
12:13 Некто из народа сказал Ему: Учитель! скажи брату моему, чтобы он разделил со мною наследство.
12:13 And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
12:14 Он же сказал человеку тому: кто поставил Меня судить или делить вас?
12:14 And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
12:15 При этом сказал им: смотрите, берегитесь любостяжания, ибо жизнь человека не зависит от изобилияего имения.
12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses.
12:16 И сказал им притчу: у одного богатого человека был хороший урожай в поле;
12:16 And he spoke a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
12:17 и он рассуждал сам с собою: что мне делать? некуда мне собрать плодов моих?
12:17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
12:18 И сказал: вот что сделаю: сломаю житницы мои и построю большие, и соберу тудавесь хлеб мой и все добро мое,
12:18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.
12:19 и скажу душе моей: душа! много добра лежит у тебя на многие годы: покойся,ешь, пей, веселись.
12:19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, you have much goods laid up for many years; take yours ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
12:20 Но Бог сказал ему: безумный! в сию ночь душу твою возьмут у тебя; кому же достанется то, что ты заготовил?
12:20 But God said unto him, You fool, this night your soul shall be required of you: then whose shall those things be, which you have provided?
12:21 Так бывает с тем , кто собирает сокровища для себя, а не в Бога богатеет.
12:21 So is he that lays up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
12:22 И сказал ученикам Своим: посему говорю вам, – не заботьтесь для души вашей, что вам есть, нидля тела, во что одеться:
12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what all of you shall eat; neither for the body, what all of you shall put on.
12:23 душа больше пищи, и тело – одежды.
12:23 The life is more than food, and the body is more than raiment.
12:24 Посмотрите на воронов: они не сеют, не жнут; нет у них ни хранилищ, ни житниц, и Бог питает их; сколько же вы лучше птиц?
12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them: how much more are all of you better than the fowls?
12:25 Да и кто из вас, заботясь, может прибавить себе роста хотя на один локоть?
12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
12:26 Итак, если и малейшего сделать не можете, что заботитесь о прочем?
12:26 If all of you then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take all of you thought for the rest?
12:27 Посмотрите на лилии, как они растут: не трудятся, не прядут; но говорю вам, что и Соломон во всей славе своей не одевался так, как всякая из них.
12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
12:28 Если же траву на поле, которая сегодня есть, а завтра будет брошена в печь, Бог так одевает, то кольми паче вас, маловеры!
12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O all of you of little faith?
12:29 Итак, не ищите, что вам есть, или что пить, и не беспокойтесь,
12:29 And seek not all of you what all of you shall eat, or what all of you shall drink, neither be all of you of doubtful mind.
12:30 потому что всего этого ищут люди мира сего; ваш же Отец знает, что вы имеете нужду в том;
12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knows that all of you have need of these things.
12:31 наипаче ищите Царствия Божия, и это все приложится вам.
12:31 But rather seek all of you the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
12:32 Не бойся, малое стадо! ибо Отец ваш благоволил дать вам Царство.
12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
12:33 Продавайте имения ваши и давайте милостыню. Приготовляйте себе влагалища не ветшающие, сокровище неоскудевающее нанебесах, куда вор не приближается и где моль не съедает,
12:33 Sell that all of you have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that fails not, where no thief approaches, neither moth corrupts.
12:34 ибо где сокровище ваше, там и сердце ваше будет.
12:34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
12:35 Да будут чресла ваши препоясаны и светильники горящи.
12:35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
12:36 И вы будьте подобны людям, ожидающим возвращениягосподина своего с брака, дабы, когда придет и постучит,тотчас отворить ему.
12:36 And all of you yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he comes and knocks, they may open unto him immediately.
12:37 Блаженны рабы те, которых господин, придя, найдетбодрствующими; истинно говорю вам, он препояшется и посадит их, и, подходя, станет служить им.
12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he comes shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to food, and will come forth and serve them.
12:38 И если придет во вторую стражу, и в третью стражу придет, и найдет их так, то блаженны рабы те.
12:38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
12:39 Вы знаете, что если бы ведал хозяин дома, в который час придет вор, то бодрствовал бы и не допустил бы подкопать дом свой.
12:39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
12:40 Будьте же и вы готовы, ибо, в который час не думаете, приидет Сын Человеческий.
12:40 Be all of you therefore ready also: for the Son of man comes at an hour when all of you think not.
12:41 Тогда сказал Ему Петр: Господи! к нам ли притчу сию говоришь, или и ко всем?
12:41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speak you this parable unto us, or even to all?
12:42 Господь же сказал: кто верный и благоразумный домоправитель, которого господин поставил над слугами своими раздавать им в свое время меру хлеба?
12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?
12:43 Блажен раб тот, которого господин его, придя, найдет поступающим так.
12:43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing.
12:44 Истинно говорю вам, что над всем имением своим поставит его.
12:44 Truthfully I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he has.
12:45 Если же раб тот скажет в сердце своем: не скоро придет господин мой, и начнет бить слуг и служанок, есть и пить и напиваться, –
12:45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delays his coming; and shall begin to beat the male servants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
12:46 то придет господин раба того в день, в который он не ожидает, и в час, в который не думает, и рассечет его, и подвергнет его одной участи с неверными.
12:46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looks not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
12:47 Раб же тот, который знал волю господина своего, и не был готов, и не делал по воле его, бит будет много;
12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
12:48 а который не знал, и сделал достойное наказания, бит будет меньше. И от всякого, кому дано много, много и потребуется, и кому много вверено, с того больше взыщут.
12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
12:49 Огонь пришел Я низвести на землю, и как желал бы, чтобы он уже возгорелся!
12:49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
12:50 Крещением должен Я креститься; и как Я томлюсь, пока сие совершится!
12:50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
12:51 Думаете ли вы, что Я пришел дать мир земле? Нет, говорю вам, но разделение;
12:51 Suppose all of you that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
12:52 ибо отныне пятеро в одном доме станут разделяться, трое против двух, и двое против трех:
12:52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
12:53 отец будет против сына, и сын против отца; мать против дочери, и дочь против матери; свекровь против невесткисвоей, и невестка против свекрови своей.
12:53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
12:54 Сказал же и народу: когда вы видите облако,поднимающееся с запада, тотчас говорите: дождь будет, и бывает так;
12:54 And he said also to the people, When all of you see a cloud rise out of the west, immediately all of you say, There comes a shower; and so it is.
12:55 и когда дует южный ветер, говорите: зной будет, и бывает.
12:55 And when all of you see the south wind blow, all of you say, There will be heat; and it comes to pass.
12:56 Лицемеры! лице земли и неба распознавать умеете, как же времени сего не узнаете?
12:56 All of you hypocrites, all of you can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that all of you do not discern this time?
12:57 Зачем же вы и по самим себе не судите, чему быть должно?
12:57 Yea, and why even of yourselves judge all of you not what is right?
12:58 Когда ты идешь с соперником своим к начальству, то на дороге постарайся освободиться от него, чтобы он не привел тебя к судье, а судья не отдал тебя истязателю, а истязатель не вверг тебя в темницу;
12:58 When you go with yours adversary to the magistrate, as you are in the way, give diligence that you may be delivered from him; lest he hale you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and the officer cast you into prison.
12:59 Сказываю тебе: не выйдешь оттуда, пока не отдашь и последней полушки.
12:59 I tell you, you shall not depart thence, till you have paid the very last mite.
13:1 В это время пришли некоторые и рассказали Ему о Галилеянах, которых кровь Пилат смешал с жертвами их.
13:1 There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
13:2 Иисус сказал им на это: думаете ли вы, что эти Галилеяне были грешнее всех Галилеян, что так пострадали?
13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose all of you that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?
13:3 Нет, говорю вам, но, если не покаетесь, все так же погибнете.
13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except all of you repent, all of you shall all likewise perish.
13:4 Или думаете ли, что те восемнадцать человек, на которых упала башня Силоамская и побила их, виновнее были всех, живущих в Иерусалиме?
13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think all of you that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?
13:5 Нет, говорю вам, но, если не покаетесь, все так же погибнете.
13:5 I tell you, Nay: but, except all of you repent, all of you shall all likewise perish.
13:6 И сказал сию притчу: некто имел в винограднике своем посаженную смоковницу, и пришел искать плода на ней, и не нашел;
13:6 He spoke also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.
13:7 и сказал виноградарю: вот, я третий год прихожу искать плода на этой смоковнице и не нахожу; сруби ее: на что она и землю занимает?
13:7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbers it the ground?
13:8 Но он сказал ему в ответ: господин! оставь ее и на этот год, пока я окопаю ее и обложу навозом, –
13:8 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
13:9 не принесет ли плода; если же нет, то в следующий год срубишь ее.
13:9 And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that you shall cut it down.
13:10 В одной из синагог учил Он в субботу.
13:10 And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
13:11 Там была женщина, восемнадцать лет имевшая духа немощи: она была скорчена и не могла выпрямиться.
13:11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit (o. pneuma) of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
13:12 Иисус, увидев ее, подозвал и сказал ей: женщина! ты освобождаешься от недуга твоего.
13:12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, you are loosed from yours infirmity.
13:13 И возложил на нее руки, и она тотчас выпрямилась и стала славить Бога.
13:13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
13:14 При этом начальник синагоги, негодуя, что Иисус исцелил в субботу, сказал народу: есть шесть дней, в которые должно делать; в те и приходите исцеляться, а не в день субботний.
13:14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.
13:15 Господь сказал ему в ответ: лицемер! не отвязывает ли каждый из вас вола своего или осла от яслей в субботу и не ведет ли поить?
13:15 The Lord then answered him, and said, You hypocrite, does not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering?
13:16 сию же дочь Авраамову, которую связал сатана вот уже восемнадцать лет, не надлежало ли освободить от уз сих в день субботний?
13:16 And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
13:17 И когда говорил Он это, все противившиеся Ему стыдились; и весь народ радовался о всех славных делах Его.
13:17 And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.
13:18 Он же сказал: чему подобно Царствие Божие? и чемууподоблю его?
13:18 Then said he, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and unto which shall I resemble it?
13:19 Оно подобно зерну горчичному, которое, взяв, человек посадил в саду своем; и выросло, и стало большимдеревом, и птицы небесные укрывались в ветвях его.
13:19 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
13:20 Еще сказал: чему уподоблю Царствие Божие?
13:20 And again he said, Unto which shall I liken the kingdom of God?
13:21 Оно подобно закваске, которую женщина, взяв, положила в три меры муки, доколе не вскисло все.
13:21 It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
13:22 И проходил по городам и селениям, уча и направляя путь к Иерусалиму.
13:22 And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.
13:23 Некто сказал Ему: Господи! неужели мало спасающихся? Он же сказал им:
13:23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,
13:24 подвизайтесь войти сквозь тесные врата, ибо, сказываю вам, многие поищут войти, и не возмогут.
13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
13:25 Когда хозяин дома встанет и затворит двери, тогда вы, стоя вне, станете стучать вдвери и говорить: Господи! Господи! отвори нам; но Он скажет вам в ответ: не знаю вас, откуда вы.
13:25 When once the master of the house has risen up, and has shut to the door, and all of you begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence all of you are:
13:26 Тогда станете говорить: мы ели и пили пред Тобою, и на улицах наших учил Ты.
13:26 Then shall all of you begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in your presence, and you have taught in our streets.
13:27 Но Он скажет: говорю вам: не знаю вас, откуда вы; отойдите от Меня все делатели неправды.
13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence all of you are; depart from me, all you workers of iniquity.
13:28 Там будет плач и скрежет зубов, когда увидите Авраама, Исаака и Иакова и всех пророков в Царствии Божием, а себя изгоняемыми вон.
13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when all of you shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
13:29 И придут от востока и запада, и севера и юга, и возлягут в Царствии Божием.
13:29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
13:30 И вот, есть последние, которые будут первыми, и есть первые, которые будут последними.
13:30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
13:31 В тот день пришли некоторые из фарисеев и говорилиЕму: выйди и удались отсюда, ибо Ирод хочет убить Тебя.
13:31 The same day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get you out, and depart behind: for Herod will kill you.
13:32 И сказал им: пойдите, скажите этой лисице: се, изгоняю бесов и совершаю исцеления сегодня и завтра, и в третий день кончу;
13:32 And he said unto them, Go all of you, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
13:33 а впрочем, Мне должно ходить сегодня, завтра и впоследующий день, потому что не бывает, чтобы пророк погиб вне Иерусалима.
13:33 Nevertheless I must walk to day, and tomorrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.
13:34 Иерусалим! Иерусалим! избивающий пророков и камнямипобивающий посланных к тебе! сколько раз хотел Я собрать чад твоих, как птица птенцов своих под крылья, и вы не захотели!
13:34 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which kill the prophets, and stone them that are sent unto you; how often would I have gathered your children together, as a hen does gather her brood under her wings, and all of you would not!
13:35 Се, оставляется вам дом ваш пуст. Сказываю же вам, что вы не увидите Меня, пока не придет время, когда скажете: благословен Грядый во имя Господне!
13:35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, All of you shall not see me, until the time come when all of you shall say, Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord.
14:1 Случилось Ему в субботу придти в дом одного изначальников фарисейских вкусить хлеба, и они наблюдали заНим.
14:1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him.
14:2 И вот, предстал пред Него человек, страждущий водяною болезнью.
14:2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy.
14:3 По сему случаю Иисус спросил законников и фарисеев: позволительно ли врачевать в субботу?
14:3 And Jesus answering spoke unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?
14:4 Они молчали. И, прикоснувшись, исцелил его и отпустил.
14:4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go;
14:5 При сем сказал им: если у кого из вас осел или вол упадет в колодезь, не тотчас ли вытащит его и в субботу?
14:5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not immediately pull him out on the sabbath day?
14:6 И не могли отвечать Ему на это.
14:6 And they could not answer him again to these things.
14:7 Замечая же, как званые выбирали первые места, сказал им притчу:
14:7 And he put forth a parable to those which were bidden, when he marked how they chose out the chief rooms; saying unto them.
14:8 когда ты будешь позван кем на брак, не садись на первое место, чтобы не случился кто из званых им почетнее тебя,
14:8 When you are bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than you be bidden of him;
14:9 и звавший тебя и его, подойдя, не сказал бы тебе: уступи ему место; и тогда со стыдом должен будешь занять последнее место.
14:9 And he that bade you and him come and say to you, Give this man place; and you begin with shame to take the low room.
14:10 Но когда зван будешь, придя, садись на последнее место, чтобы звавший тебя, подойдя, сказал: друг! пересядь выше; тогда будет тебе честь пред сидящими с тобою,
14:10 But when you are bidden, go and sit down in the low room; that when he that bade you comes, he may say unto you, Friend, go up higher: then shall you have worship in the presence of them that sit to eat with you.
14:11 ибо всякий возвышающий сам себя унижен будет, а унижающий себя возвысится.
14:11 For whosoever exalts himself shall be brought low; and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.
14:12 Сказал же и позвавшему Его: когда делаешь обед или ужин, не зови друзей твоих, ни братьев твоих, ни родственников твоих, ни соседей богатых, чтобы и они тебя когда не позвали, и не получил ты воздаяния.
14:12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When you make a dinner or a supper, call not your friends, nor your brethren, neither your kinsmen, nor your rich neighbours; lest they also bid you again, and a recompence be made you.
14:13 Но, когда делаешь пир, зови нищих, увечных, хромых, слепых,
14:13 But when you make a feast, call the poor, the physically disabled, the lame, the blind:
14:14 и блажен будешь, что они не могут воздать тебе, ибо воздастся тебе в воскресение праведных.
14:14 And you shall be blessed; for they cannot recompense you: for you shall be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.
14:15 Услышав это, некто из возлежащих с Нимсказал Ему: блажен, кто вкусит хлеба в Царствии Божием!
14:15 And when one of them that sat at food with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.
14:16 Он же сказал ему: один человек сделал большой ужин и звал многих,
14:16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:
14:17 и когда наступило время ужина, послал раба своего сказать званым: идите, ибо уже все готово.
14:17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
14:18 И начали все, как бы сговорившись, извиняться. Первый сказал ему: я купил землю и мне нужно пойти посмотреть ее; прошу тебя, извини меня.
14:18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must essentially go and see it: I pray you have me excused.
14:19 Другой сказал: я купил пять пар волов и иду испытать их; прошу тебя, извини меня.
14:19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray you have me excused.
14:20 Третий сказал: я женился и потому не могу придти.
14:20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
14:21 И, возвратившись, раб тот донес о сем господину своему. Тогда, разгневавшись, хозяин дома сказал рабу своему: пойди скорее по улицам и переулкам города и приведи сюда нищих, увечных, хромых и слепых.
14:21 So that servant came, and showed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor, and the physically disabled, and the halt, and the blind.
14:22 И сказал раб: господин! исполнено, как приказал ты, и еще есть место.
14:22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as you have commanded, and yet there is room.
14:23 Господин сказал рабу: пойди по дорогам и изгородям и убеди придти, чтобы наполнился дом мой.
14:23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
14:24 Ибо сказываю вам, что никто из тех званых не вкусит моего ужина, ибо много званых, но мало избранных.
14:24 For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.
14:25 С Ним шло множество народа; и Он, обратившись, сказал им:
14:25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,
14:26 если кто приходит ко Мне и не возненавидит отца своего и матери, и жены и детей, и братьев и сестер, а притом и самой жизни своей, тот не может быть Моим учеником;
14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
14:27 и кто не несет креста своего и идет за Мною, не может быть Моим учеником.
14:27 And whosoever does not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
14:28 Ибо кто из вас, желая построить башню, не сядет прежде и не вычислит издержек, имеет ли он, что нужно для совершения ее,
14:28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sits not down first, and counts the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
14:29 дабы, когда положит основание и не возможет совершить, все видящие не стали смеяться над ним,
14:29 Lest lest by any means, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
14:30 говоря: этот человек начал строить и не мог окончить?
14:30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
14:31 Или какой царь, идя на войну против другого царя, не сядет и не посоветуется прежде, силен ли он с десятью тысячами противостать идущему на него с двадцатью тысячами?
14:31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sits not down first, and consults whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that comes against him with twenty thousand?
14:32 Иначе, пока тот еще далеко, он пошлет к нему посольство просить о мире.
14:32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sends an embassy, and desires conditions of peace.
14:33 Так всякий из вас, кто не отрешится от всего, чтоимеет, не может быть Моим учеником.
14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsakes not all that he has, he cannot be my disciple.
14:34 Соль – добрая вещь; но если соль потеряет силу, чем исправить ее?
14:34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?
14:35 ни в землю, ни в навоз не годится; вон выбрасывают ее. Кто имеет уши слышать, да слышит!
14:35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that has ears to hear, let him hear.
15:1 Приближались к Нему все мытари и грешники слушать Его.
15:1 Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners in order to hear him.
15:2 Фарисеи же и книжники роптали, говоря: Он принимает грешников и ест с ними.
15:2 And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receives sinners, and eats with them.
15:3 Но Он сказал им следующую притчу:
15:3 And he spoke this parable unto them, saying,
15:4 кто из вас, имея сто овец и потеряв одну из них, не оставит девяноста девяти в пустыне и не пойдет за пропавшею, пока не найдет ее?
15:4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, does not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
15:5 А найдя, возьмет ее на плечи свои с радостью
15:5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
15:6 и, придя домой, созовет друзей и соседей и скажет им: порадуйтесь со мною: я нашел мою пропавшую овцу.
15:6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.
15:7 Сказываю вам, что так на небесах более радости будет об одном грешнике кающемся, нежели о девяноста девяти праведниках, не имеющих нужды в покаянии.
15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repents, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
15:8 Или какая женщина, имея десять драхм, если потеряет одну драхму, не зажжет свечи и не станетмести комнату и искать тщательно, пока не найдет,
15:8 Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, does not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?
15:9 а найдя, созовет подруг и соседок и скажет: порадуйтесь со мною: я нашла потерянную драхму.
15:9 And when she has found it, she calls her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.
15:10 Так, говорю вам, бывает радость у Ангелов Божиих и об одном грешнике кающемся.
15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repents.
15:11 Еще сказал: у некоторого человека было два сына;
15:11 And he said, A certain man had two sons:
15:12 и сказал младший из них отцу: отче! дай мне следующую мне часть имения. И отец разделил им имение.
15:12 And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me. And he divided unto them his living.
15:13 По прошествии немногих дней младший сын, собрав все, пошел в дальнюю сторону и там расточил имение свое, живя распутно.
15:13 And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
15:14 Когда же он прожил все, настал великий голод в той стране, и он начал нуждаться;
15:14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in lack.
15:15 и пошел, пристал к одному из жителей страны той, а тот послал его на поля свои пасти свиней;
15:15 And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
15:16 и он рад был наполнить чрево свое рожками, которые ели свиньи, но никто не давал ему.
15:16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
15:17 Придя же в себя, сказал: сколько наемников у отца моего избыточествуют хлебом, а я умираю от голода;
15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!
15:18 встану, пойду к отцу моему и скажу ему: отче! я согрешил против неба и пред тобою
15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before you,
15:19 и уже недостоин называться сыном твоим;прими меня в число наемников твоих.
15:19 And am no more worthy to be called your son: make me as one of your hired servants.
15:20 Встал и пошел к отцу своему. И когда он был еще далеко, увидел его отец его и сжалился; и, побежав, пал ему на шею и целовал его.
15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.
15:21 Сын же сказал ему: отче! я согрешил против неба и пред тобою и уже недостоин называться сыном твоим.
15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight, and am no more worthy to be called your son.
15:22 А отец сказал рабам своим: принесите лучшую одежду и оденьте его, и дайте перстень на руку его и обувь на ноги;
15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
15:23 и приведите откормленного теленка, и заколите; станем есть и веселиться!
15:23 And bring here the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry:
15:24 ибо этот сын мой был мертв и ожил, пропадал и нашелся. И начали веселиться.
15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
15:25 Старший же сын его был на поле; и возвращаясь, когда приблизился к дому, услышал пение и ликование;
15:25 Now his elder son was in the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard music and dancing.
15:26 и, призвав одного из слуг, спросил: что это такое?
15:26 And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.
15:27 Он сказал ему: брат твой пришел, и отец твой заколол откормленного теленка, потому что принял его здоровым.
15:27 And he said unto him, Your brother has come; and your father has killed the fatted calf, because he has received him safe and sound.
15:28 Он осердился и не хотел войти. Отец же его, выйдя, звал его.
15:28 And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and implored him.
15:29 Но он сказал в ответ отцу: вот, я столько лет служу тебе и никогда не преступал приказания твоего, но ты никогда не дал мне и козленка, чтобы мне повеселиться с друзьями моими;
15:29 And he answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve you, neither transgressed I at any time your commandment: and yet you never gave me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
15:30 а когда этот сын твой, расточивший имение свое с блудницами, пришел, ты заколол для него откормленного теленка.
15:30 But as soon as this your son was come, which has devoured your living with harlots, you have killed for him the fatted calf.
15:31 Он же сказал ему: сын мой! ты всегда со мною, и все мое твое,
15:31 And he said unto him, Son, you are ever with me, and all that I have is yours.
15:32 а о том надобно было радоваться ивеселиться, что брат твой сей был мертв и ожил, пропадал и нашелся.
15:32 It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this your brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found.
16:1 Сказал же и к ученикам Своим: один человек был богат и имел управителя, на которого донесенобыло ему, что расточает имение его;
16:1 And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods.
16:2 и, призвав его, сказал ему: что это я слышу о тебе? дай отчет в управлении твоем, ибо ты не можешь более управлять.
16:2 And he called him, and said unto him, How is it that I hear this of you? give an account (o. logos) of your stewardship; for you may be no longer steward.
16:3 Тогда управитель сказал сам в себе: чтомне делать? господин мой отнимает у меня управление домом; копать не могу, просить стыжусь;
16:3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do? for my lord takes away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed.
16:4 знаю, что сделать, чтобы приняли меня в домы свои, когда отставлен буду от управления домом.
16:4 I am resolved what to do, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses.
16:5 И, призвав должников господина своего, каждого порознь, сказал первому: сколько ты должен господину моему?
16:5 So he called every one of his lord's debtors unto him, and said unto the first, How much owe you unto my lord?
16:6 Он сказал: сто мер масла. И сказал ему: возьми твою расписку и садись скорее, напиши: пятьдесят.
16:6 And he said, An hundred measures of oil. And he said unto him, Take your bill, and sit down quickly, and write fifty.
16:7 Потом другому сказал: а ты сколько должен? Он отвечал: сто мер пшеницы. И сказал ему: возьмитвою расписку и напиши: восемьдесят.
16:7 Then said he to another, And how much owe you? And he said, An hundred measures of wheat. And he said unto him, Take your bill, and write fourscore.
16:8 И похвалил господин управителя неверного, что догадливо поступил; ибо сыны века сего догадливее сынов света всвоем роде.
16:8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
16:9 И Я говорю вам: приобретайте себе друзей богатством неправедным, чтобы они, когда обнищаете, приняли вас в вечные обители.
16:9 And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when all of you fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations.
16:10 Верный в малом и во многом верен, а неверный в малом неверен и во многом.
16:10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
16:11 Итак, если вы в неправедном богатстве не были верны,кто поверит вам истинное?
16:11 If therefore all of you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?
16:12 И если в чужом не были верны, кто даст вам ваше?
16:12 And if all of you have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own?
16:13 Никакой слуга не может служить двум господам, ибоили одного будет ненавидеть, а другого любить, или одному станет усердствовать, а о другомнерадеть. Не можете служить Богу и маммоне.
16:13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. All of you cannot serve God and mammon.
16:14 Слышали все это и фарисеи, которые были сребролюбивы, и они смеялись над Ним.
16:14 And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.
16:15 Он сказал им: вы выказываете себя праведниками пред людьми, но Бог знает сердца ваши, ибо чтовысоко у людей, то мерзость пред Богом.
16:15 And he said unto them, All of you are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knows your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
16:16 Закон и пророки до Иоанна; с сего времени Царствие Божие благовествуется, и всякий усилием входит в него.
16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presses into it.
16:17 Но скорее небо и земля прейдут, нежели одна черта из закона пропадет.
16:17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
16:18 Всякий, разводящийся с женою своею и женящийся на другой, прелюбодействует, и всякий, женящийся на разведенной с мужем, прелюбодействует.
16:18 Whosoever puts away his wife, and marries another, commits adultery: and whosoever marries her that is put away from her husband commits adultery.
16:19 Некоторый человек был богат, одевался в порфиру ивиссон и каждый день пиршествовал блистательно.
16:19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:
16:20 Был также некоторый нищий, именем Лазарь, который лежал у ворот его в струпьях
16:20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,
16:21 и желал напитаться крошками, падающими со стола богача, и псы, приходя, лизали струпья его.
16:21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
16:22 Умер нищий и отнесен был Ангелами на лоно Авраамово. Умер и богач, и похоронили его.
16:22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;
16:23 И в аде, будучи в муках, он поднял глаза свои, увидел вдали Авраама и Лазаря на лоне его
16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and sees Abraham far off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
16:24 и, возопив, сказал: отче Аврааме! умилосердись надомною и пошли Лазаря, чтобы омочил конец перста своего в воде и прохладил язык мой, ибо я мучаюсь впламени сем.
16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
16:25 Но Авраам сказал: чадо! вспомни, что ты получил уже доброе твое в жизни твоей, а Лазарь – злое; ныне же он здесь утешается, а ты страдаешь;
16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and you are tormented.
16:26 и сверх всего того между нами и вами утверждена великая пропасть, так что хотящие перейти отсюда к вам не могут, также и оттуда к нам не переходят.
16:26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from behind to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
16:27 Тогда сказал он: так прошу тебя, отче, пошли его в дом отца моего,
16:27 Then he said, I pray you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father's house:
16:28 ибо у меня пять братьев; пусть онзасвидетельствует им, чтобы и они не пришли в это место мучения.
16:28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
16:29 Авраам сказал ему: у них есть Моисей и пророки; пусть слушают их.
16:29 Abraham says unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.
16:30 Он же сказал: нет, отче Аврааме, но если кто из мертвых придет к ним, покаются.
16:30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.
16:31 Тогда Авраам сказал ему: если Моисея и пророков не слушают, то если бы кто и из мертвых воскрес, не поверят.
16:31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.
