1:1 Пророческое видение, которое видел пророк Аввакум.
1:1 The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see.
1:2 Доколе, Господи, я буду взывать, и Ты не слышишь, буду вопиять к Тебе о насилии, и Ты не спасаешь?
1:2 O LORD, how long shall I cry, and you will not hear! even cry out unto you of violence, and you will not save!
1:3 Для чего даешь мне видеть злодейство и смотреть набедствия? Грабительство и насилие предо мною, и восстает вражда и поднимается раздор.
1:3 Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.
1:4 От этого закон потерял силу, и суда правильного нет: так как нечестивый одолевает праведного, то и суд происходит превратный.
1:4 Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment does never go forth: for the wicked does compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceeds.
1:5 Посмотрите между народами и внимательно вглядитесь,и вы сильно изумитесь; ибо Я сделаю во дни ваши такое дело, которому вы не поверили бы, если бы вам рассказывали.
1:5 Behold all of you among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvelously: for I will work a work in your days which all of you will not believe, though it be told you.
1:6 Ибо вот, Я подниму Халдеев, народ жестокий и необузданный, который ходит по широтам земли, чтобы завладеть не принадлежащими ему селениями.
1:6 For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwelling places that are not their's.
1:7 Страшен и грозен он; от него самого происходит суд его и власть его.
1:7 They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.
1:8 Быстрее барсов кони его и прытче вечерних волков; скачет в разные стороны конница его; издалека приходят всадники его, прилетают как орел, бросающийся на добычу.
1:8 Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that hastes to eat.
1:9 Весь он идет для грабежа; устремив лице свое вперед, он забираетпленников, как песок.
1:9 They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand.
1:10 И над царями он издевается, и князья служат ему посмешищем; над всякою крепостью онсмеется: насыплет осадный вал и берет ее.
1:10 And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.
1:11 Тогда надмевается дух его, и он ходит и буйствует; сила его – бог его.
1:11 Then shall his mind change, and he shall pass over, and offend, imputing this his power unto his god.
1:12 Но не Ты ли издревле Господь Бог мой, Святый мой? мы не умрем! Ты, Господи, толькодля суда попустил его. Скала моя! для наказания Ты назначил его.
1:12 Are you not from everlasting, O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, you have ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, you have established them for correction.
1:13 Чистым очам Твоим не свойственно глядеть на злодеяния, и смотреть на притеснение Ты не можешь; для чего же Ты смотришь на злодеев и безмолвствуешь, когданечестивец поглощает того, кто праведнее его,
1:13 You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, and can not look on iniquity: wherefore look you upon them that deal treacherously, and hold your tongue when the wicked devours the man that is more righteous than he?
1:14 и оставляешь людей как рыбу в море, как пресмыкающихся, у которых нет властителя?
1:14 And make men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?
1:15 Всех их таскает удою, захватывает в сеть свою и забирает их в неводы свои, и от того радуется и торжествует.
1:15 They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net, and gather them in their drag: therefore they rejoice and are glad.
1:16 За то приносит жертвы сети своей и кадит неводу своему, потому что от них тучна часть его и роскошна пища его.
1:16 Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their food abundant.
1:17 Неужели для этого он должен опорожнять свою сеть и непрестанно избивать народы безпощады?
1:17 Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay the nations?
2:1 На стражу мою стал я и, стоя на башне, наблюдал, чтобы узнать, что скажет Он во мне, и что мне отвечать по жалобе моей?
2:1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
2:2 И отвечал мне Господь и сказал: запиши видение и начертай ясно на скрижалях, чтобы читающий легко мог прочитать,
2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it.
2:3 ибо видение относится еще к определенному времени и говорит о конце и не обманет; ихотя бы и замедлило, жди его, ибо непременно сбудется, не отменится.
2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
2:4 Вот, душа надменная не успокоится, а праведный своею верою жив будет.
2:4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
2:5 Надменный человек, как бродящее вино, не успокаивается, так что расширяет душу свою как ад, и как смерть он ненасытен, и собирает к себе все народы, и захватывает себе все племена.
2:5 Yea also, because he trangresses by wine, he is a proud man, neither keeps at home, who enlarges his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathers unto him all nations, and heaps unto him all people:
2:6 Но не все ли они будут произносить о нем притчу и насмешливую песнь: „горе тому, кто без меры обогащает себя не своим, – на долго ли? – и обременяет себя залогами!"
2:6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increases that which is not his! how long? and to him that loads himself with thick clay!
2:7 Не восстанут ли внезапно те, которые будут терзатьтебя, и не поднимутся ли против тебя грабители, и ты достанешься им на расхищение?
2:7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite you, and awake that shall vex you, and you shall be for booties unto them?
2:8 Так как ты ограбил многие народы, то и тебя ограбят все остальные народы за пролитие крови человеческой, за разорение страны, города и всех живущих в нем.
2:8 Because you have spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil you; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
2:9 Горе тому, кто жаждет неправедных приобретений для дома своего, чтобы устроить гнездо свое на высоте и тем обезопасить себя от руки несчастья!
2:9 Woe to him that covers an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
2:10 Бесславие измыслил ты для твоего дома, истребляя многие народы,и согрешил против души твоей.
2:10 You have consulted shame to your house by cutting off many people, and have sinned against your soul.
2:11 Камни из стен возопиют и перекладины из дерева будут отвечать им:
2:11 For the stone shall cry out of the wall, and the beam out of the timber shall answer it.
2:12 „горе строящему город на крови и созидающему крепости неправдою!"
2:12 Woe to him that builds a town with blood, and establishes a city by iniquity!
2:13 Вот, не от Господа ли Саваофа это, что народы трудятся для огня и племена мучат себя напрасно?
2:13 Behold, is it not of the LORD of hosts that the people shall labour in the very fire, and the people shall weary themselves for very vanity?
2:14 Ибо земля наполнится познанием славы Господа, как воды наполняют море.
2:14 For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.
2:15 Горе тебе, который подаешь ближнему твоему питье с примесью злобы твоей и делаешь его пьяным, чтобы видеть срамоту его!
2:15 Woe unto him that gives his neighbour drink, that put your bottle to him, and make him drunken also, that you may look on their nakedness!
2:16 Ты пресытился стыдом вместо славы; пей же и ты и показывай срамоту, – обратится и к тебе чаша десницы Господней и посрамление на славу твою.
2:16 You are filled with shame for glory: drink you also, and let your foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD's right hand shall be turned unto you, and shameful spewing shall be on your glory.
2:17 Ибо злодейство твое на Ливане обрушится на тебя за истребление устрашенных животных, за пролитие крови человеческой, за опустошение страны, города и всех живущих в нем.
2:17 For the violence of Lebanon shall cover you, and the spoil of beasts, which made them afraid, because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
2:18 Что за польза от истукана, сделанного художником, этого литаголжеучителя, хотя ваятель, делая немые кумиры, полагается на свое произведение?
2:18 What profits the graven image that the maker thereof has graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusts therein, to make dumb idols?
2:19 Горе тому, кто говорит дереву: „встань!" и бессловесному камню:„пробудись!" Научит ли он чему-нибудь? Вот, он обложен золотом и серебром, но дыхания в нем нет.
2:19 Woe unto him that says to the wood, Awake; to the dumb stone, Arise, it shall teach! Behold, it is laid over with gold and silver, and there is no breath at all in the midst of it.
2:20 А Господь – во святом храме Своем: да молчит вся земля пред лицем Его!
2:20 But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
3:1 Молитва Аввакума пророка, для пения.
3:1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
3:2 Господи! услышал я слух Твой и убоялся. Господи! соверши дело Твое среди лет, среди лет яви его; во гневе вспомни о милости.
3:2 O LORD, I have heard your speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3:3 Бог от Фемана грядет и Святый – от горы Фаран. Покрыло небеса величие Его, и славою Его наполнилась земля.
3:3 God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
3:4 Блеск ее – как солнечный свет; от руки Его лучи, и здесь тайник Его силы!
3:4 And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
3:5 Пред лицем Его идет язва, а по стопам Его – жгучий ветер.
3:5 Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
3:6 Он стал и поколебал землю; воззрел, и в трепет привел народы; вековые горы распались, первобытные холмы опали; пути Его вечные.
3:6 He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
3:7 Грустными видел я шатры Ефиопские; сотряслись палатки земли Мадиамской.
3:7 I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.
3:8 Разве на реки воспылал, Господи, гнев Твой? разве на реки – негодование Твое, или на море – ярость Твоя, что Ты восшел на коней Твоих, на колесницы Твои спасительные?
3:8 Was the LORD displeased against the rivers? was yours anger against the rivers? was your wrath against the sea, that you did ride upon yours horses and your chariots of salvation?
3:9 Ты обнажил лук Твой по клятвенному обетованию, данному коленам. Ты потоками рассек землю.
3:9 Your bow was made quite naked, according to the oaths of the tribes, even your word. Selah. You did cleave the earth with rivers.
3:10 Увидев Тебя, вострепетали горы, ринулись воды; бездна дала голос свой, высоко подняла руки свои;
3:10 The mountains saw you, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.
3:11 солнце и луна остановились на месте своем пред светом летающихстрел Твоих, пред сиянием сверкающих копьев Твоих.
3:11 The sun and moon stood still in their habitation: at the light of yours arrows they went, and at the shining of your glittering spear.
3:12 Во гневе шествуешь Ты по земле и в негодовании попираешь народы.
3:12 You did march through the land in indignation, you did thresh the heathen in anger.
3:13 Ты выступаешь для спасения народа Твоего, для спасения помазанного Твоего. Ты сокрушаешь главу нечестивого дома, обнажая его от основания до верха.
3:13 You went forth for the salvation of your people, even for salvation with yours anointed; you wounded the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.
3:14 Ты пронзаешь копьями его главу вождей его, когда они как вихрь ринулись разбить меня, в радости, как бы думая поглотить бедного скрытно.
3:14 You did strike through with his staves the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing was as to devour the poor secretly.
3:15 Ты с конями Твоими проложил путь по морю, через пучину великих вод.
3:15 You did walk through the sea with yours horses, through the heap of great waters.
3:16 Я услышал, и вострепетала внутренность моя; при вести о сем задрожали губы мои, боль проникла в кости мои, и колеблется место подо мною; а я должен быть спокоен в день бедствия, когда придет на народ мой грабитель его.
3:16 When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when he comes up unto the people, he will invade them with his troops.
3:17 Хотя бы не расцвела смоковница и не было плода на виноградных лозах,и маслина изменила, и нива не дала пищи, хотя бы не стало овец в загоне и рогатого скота в стойлах, –
3:17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no food; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
3:18 но и тогда я буду радоваться о Господе и веселитьсяо Боге спасения моего.
3:18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
3:19 Господь Бог – сила моя: Он сделает ноги мои как у оленя и на высоты мои возведет меня!(Начальнику хора).
3:19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds' feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
