Zephaniah
1:1 The word of the LORD which came unto Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hizkiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah.
1 Иудагийн хаан, Амоны хүү Иосиагийн өдрүүдэд Хезекиагийн хүү, Амариагийн хүү, Гедалиагийн хүү, Кушийн хөвгүүн болох Зефаниад ирсэн ЭЗЭНий үг.
1:2 I will utterly consume all things from off the land, says the LORD.
2 "Би газрын гадаргуунаас бүх зүйлийг бүрэн арчих болно" гэж ЭЗЭН тунхаглаж байна.
1:3 I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked: and I will cut off man from off the land, says the LORD.
3 "Би хүн ба амьтныг бүрэн арчих болно. Би тэнгэрийн шувуудыг, далайн загаснуудыг, балгаснуудыг хилэнцтэний хамт бүрэн арчих болно. Би газрын гадаргуунаас хүнийг таслах болно" гэж ЭЗЭН тунхаглаж байна.
1:4 I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;
4 "Тиймээс Би Өөрийн мутрыг Иудагийн эсрэг болон Иерусалимын бүх оршин суугчдын эсрэг сунгана. Би Баалын үлдэгдлийг мөн шүтээний тахилч нарын нэрсийг тахилч нартай хамт энэ газраас таслах болно.
1:5 And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;
5 Байшингийн дээвэр дээр тэнгэрийн эрхэст мэхийдэг, доошоо бөхийж ЭЗЭНд тангарагладаг боловч Милкомоор тангарагладаг,
1:6 And them that are turned back from the LORD; and those that have not sought the LORD, nor enquired for him.
6 ЭЗЭНийг дагахаас эргэн больсон, ЭЗЭНийг хайгаагүй, эсвэл Түүнээс асуугаагүй хүмүүсийг Би таслах болно".
1:7 Hold your peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD has prepared a sacrifice, he has bid his guest.
7 Эзэн БУРХАНы өмнө чимээгүй бай! Учир нь ЭЗЭНий өдөр ойрхон байна. Учир нь ЭЗЭН тахилыг бэлтгэсэн, Тэр Өөрийн зочдоо ариусгасан.
1:8 And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD's sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.
8 Дараа нь ЭЗЭНий тахилын өдөр ирэхэд Би хааны хөвгүүд болох жононгуудыг ба өөрсдийгөө харийн хувцсаар хувцасласан бүх хүмүүсийг шийтгэх болно.
1:9 In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit.
9 Сүмийн босгон дээр дэвхэцдэг бүх хүмүүсийг болон эзнийхээ гэрийг хүчирхийлэл, худал хуурмагаар дүүргэдэг хүмүүсийг Би тэр өдөр шийтгэх болно.
1:10 And it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD, that there shall be the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and an howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills.
10 ЭЗЭН тунхаглаж байна. "Тэр өдөр Загасны Дааман хаалганаас хашхирах дуу, Хоёрдугаар Дүүргээс гашуудал, толгодоос чанга нижигнээн сонсогдох болно.
1:11 Wail, all of you inhabitants of Maktesh, for all the merchant people are cut down; all they that bear silver are cut off.
11 Худалдааны дүүрэгт оршин суугчид аа, гашуудагтун. Учир нь Канааны бүх хүмүүс чимээгүй болгогдоно. Мөнгийг хэмждэг бүх хүн таслагдах болно.
1:12 And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their sediments of wine: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.
12 Тэр цагт Би дэнлүүнүүдтэйгээр Иерусалимыг нэгжин, сүнсээр зогсонги хүмүүсийг шийтгэх болно. Тэд өөрсдийнхөө зүрхэнд "ЭЗЭН сайныг ч, мууг ч хийхгүй" гэдэг.
1:13 Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.
13 Цаашилбал, тэдний баялаг нь олз болж, тэдний байшингууд эзгүйрнэ. Тийм ээ, тэд байшингуудыг барих боловч тэндээ амьдрахгүй, усан үзмийн талбай байгуулах боловч дарснаасаа уухгүй".
1:14 The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hastes greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly.
14 ЭЗЭНий агуу өдөр ойрхон байна. Ойрхон бөгөөд маш хурдан ирж байна. ЭЗЭНий өдөр, сонс! Тэнд дайчин нь цурхиран уйлж байна.
1:15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of devastation and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,
15 Тэр өдөр бол хилэнгийн өдөр, бэрхшээл, зовлонгийн өдөр, эвдрэл, эзгүйрлийн өдөр, хар, түнэр харанхуйн өдөр, үүлс, өтгөн харанхуйн өдөр,
1:16 A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.
16 бүрээ, дайтах уухайны өдөр юм. Энэ нь бэхлэгдсэн хотуудын эсрэг өндөр булант цамхгуудын эсрэг өдөр юм.
1:17 And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung.
17 Би хүмүүст зовлонг авчирна. Ингэснээр тэд сохор хүн шиг алхах болно. Учир нь тэд ЭЗЭНий эсрэг нүгэл үйлджээ. Тэдний цус нь шороо мэт, махан бие нь баас мэт асгагдах болно.
1:18 Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy purging of all them that dwell in the land.
18 ЭЗЭНий хилэнгийн өдөр тэдний мөнгө нь ч, алт нь ч тэднийг чөлөөлөх боломжгүй болно. Түүний хардалтын галд бүх дэлхий цөлмөгдөх болно. Учир нь дэлхийн бүх оршин суугчдын бүрэн төгсгөлийг, үнэхээр сүрдмээр төгсгөлийг Тэр хийх болно.
Zephaniah
2:1 Gather yourselves together, yea, gather together, O nation not desired;
1 Ичгүүргүй үндэстэн ээ, хамтдаа цугларцгаа, тийм ээ, цуглар.
2:2 Before the decree bring forth, before the day pass as the chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD come upon you, before the day of the LORD's anger come upon you.
2 Зарлиг нь хэрэгжихээс өмнө, (Өдөр нь будааны хальс мэт хийсэн өнгөрч байна.) ЭЗЭНий шатаж буй уур чам дээр ирэхээс өмнө, ЭЗЭНий хилэнгийн өдөр чам дээр ирэхээс өмнө цуглар.
2:3 Seek all of you the LORD, all you meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be all of you shall be hid in the day of the LORD's anger.
3 Дэлхийн бүхий л даруу хүмүүс ээ, та нар ЭЗЭНийг хай. Түүний захирамжийг тээж ирсэн хүмүүс ээ, зөв шударгыг хай, төлөв байдлыг хай. Магадгүй ЭЗЭНий уурын өдөр та нар нуугдсан байх болно.
2:4 For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up.
4 Учир нь Газ хаягдаж, Ашкелон эзгүйрч, Ашдод үд дунд хөөгдөж, Екрон үндсээрээ сугалагдана.
2:5 Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy you, that there shall be no inhabitant.
5 Далайн эргийн оршин суугчид, херетчүүдийн үндэстэн нь гаслантай яа. Филистчүүдийн нутаг, Канаан аа, ЭЗЭНий үг чиний эсрэг байна. Би чамайг устгаж, тэнд ямар ч оршин суугчгүй болгоно.
2:6 And the sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks.
6 Тиймээс далайн эрэг нь хоньчдод зориулж агуйтай, хонин сүрэгт зориулж хороотой бэлчээрүүд болно.
2:7 And the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed thereupon: in the houses of Ashkelon shall they lie down in the evening: for the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away their captivity.
7 Эрэг нь Иудагийн гэрийн үлдэгсдэд зориулагдана. Тэд тэнд бэлчих болно. Үдэш тэд Ашкелоны гэрүүдэд хэвтэнэ. Учир нь тэдний Бурхан ЭЗЭН тэднийг халамжилж, тэдний амжилтыг сэргээнэ.
2:8 I have heard the reproach of Moab, and the revilings of the children of Ammon, whereby they have reproached my people, and magnified themselves against their border.
8 Би Моабын элэглэлийг, Аммоны хөвгүүдийн доромжлолыг сонслоо. Үүгээрээ тэд Миний ард түмнийг элэглэж, нутаг дэвсгэрийнх нь эсрэг ихэмсэг болсон.
2:9 Therefore as I live, says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be as Sodom, and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah, even the breeding of nettles, and salt-pits, and a perpetual desolation: the residue of my people shall spoil them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them
9 Израилийн Бурхан, түмэн цэргийн ЭЗЭН тунхаглаж байна. "Тиймээс Би Өөрийн амьд буйгаар тангараглая. Моаб нь үнэхээр Содом шиг, Аммоны хөвгүүд нь Гоморра шиг болно. Халгай болон давсан нүхэнд эзлэгдсэн газар, дуусашгүй эзг. йрэл болно. Миний ард түмний үлдэгдэл нь тэднийг дээрэмдэж, Миний үндэстний үлдэгсэд нь тэднийг өвлөх болно".
2:10 This shall they have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of the LORD of hosts.
10 Тэд элэглэж, түмэн цэргийн ЭЗЭНий ард түмний эсрэг ихэмсэг болсон учраас бардам зангийнхаа хариуд тэд үүнийг авах болно.
2:11 The LORD will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen.
11 ЭЗЭН тэдэнд аймшигтай байх болно. Учир нь Тэр дэлхийн бүх бурхдыг тураана. Далайн бүх эрэг дэх үндэстнүүд өөрсдийнхөө газраас ЭЗЭНд бөхийх болно.
2:12 All of you Ethiopians also, all of you shall be slain by my sword.
12 "Етиопчууд аа, та нар мөн Миний илдэнд алагдана".
2:13 And he will stretch out his hand against the north, and destroy Assyria; and will make Nineveh a desolation, and dry like a wilderness.
13 Тэр Өөрийн мутрыг умардын эсрэг сунган, Ассирийг устгаж, Ниневег эзгүйрүүлэн, цөл мэт хатаана.
2:14 And flocks shall lie down in the midst of her, all the beasts of the nations: both the cormorant and the bittern shall lodge in the upper lintels of it; their voice shall sing in the windows; desolation shall be in the thresholds; for he shall uncover the cedar work.
14 Ниневегийн төвд хонин сүргүүд, төрөл бүрийн араатнууд хэвтэнэ. Хотон шувуу, зараа хоёулаа баганануудынх нь орой дээр хоноглоно. Шувууд цонхон дээр дуулна. Эзгүйрэл нь босгон дээр байна. Учир нь Тэр хуш модон туургыг нүцгэлс н.
2:15 This is the rejoicing city that dwelt carelessly, that said in her heart, I am, and there is none beside me: how is she become a desolation, a place for beasts to lie down in! every one that passes by her shall hiss, and wag his hand.
15 Энэ бол аюулгүй оршдог, баяр хөөртэй хот юм. Тэр зүрхэндээ "Би байна, миний дэргэд өөр хэн ч байхгүй" гэдэг. Тэр яаж эзгүйрэн, араатнуудын амардаг газар болсон юм бол! Түүгээр өнгөрөх хүн бүр исгэрэн, гараараа зэвүүцэн даллах болно.
Zephaniah
3:1 Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city!
1 Тэрслүү, бузартсан, хэрцгий хот гаслантай яа!
3:2 She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
2 Тэр ямар ч дуу хоолойг дагаагүй, ямар ч зааврыг хүлээн аваагүй. Тэр ЭЗЭНд итгээгүй, өөрийнхөө Бурханд ойртоогүй.
3:3 Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the next day.
3 Хотын доторх жононгууд нь архирагч арслангууд, шүүгчид нь үдшийн чононууд юм. Тэд өглөө юу ч үлдээдэггүй.
3:4 Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
4 Эш үзүүлэгчид нь бодлогогүй, урвагч хүмүүс бөгөөд тахилч нар нь ариун газрыг бузарлажээ. Тэд хуулийг завхруулжээ.
3:5 The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning does he bring his judgment to light, he fails not; but the unjust knows no shame.
5 Хотын дотор ЭЗЭН зөв шударга юм. Тэр шударга бус зүйлийг хийхгүй. Өглөө бүр Тэр Өөрийн шударга ёсыг гэрэлд авчирдаг, Тэр унадаггүй. Харин шударга бус нь ичгүүрийг мэддэггүй.
3:6 I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passes by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
6 "Би үндэстнүүдийг таслав. Тэдний булант цамхгууд балгас болжээ. Би тэдний гудамжуудыг эзгүйрүүлсэн бөгөөд хэн ч түүгээр өнгөрөхгүй. Тэдний хотууд нь хүнгүй, оршин суугчгүй хоосон хаягджээ.
3:7 I said, Surely you will fear me, you will receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings.
7 "Үнэхээр чи Намайг хүндэтгэж, зааврыг хүлээн авах болно" гэж Би айлдсан. Тэгвэл түүний талаарх Миний товлосон бүхний дагуу түүний амьдрах газар нь таслагдахгүй байх болно. Гэвч тэд өөрсдийн бүх үйлдлийг завхруулахыг хүссэн.
3:8 Therefore wait all of you upon me, says the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
8 Тиймээс Би олзонд босож ирэх өдөр Намайг хүлээ" гэж ЭЗЭН тунхаглаж байна. "Үнэхээр үндэстнүүдийг цуглуулж, хаанчлалуудыг чуулуулж, Миний шатаж буй бүх уурыг, Миний зэвүүцлийг тэдэн дээр асгах нь Миний шийдвэр юм. Учир нь бүх дэлхий Миний зүтгэлийн галаар цөлмөгдөх болно.
3:9 For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
9 Дараа нь Би ард түмнүүдэд ариусгагдсан уруулыг өгнө. Тэгснээр тэд бүгд мөр зэрэгцэн Түүнд үйлчлэхээр ЭЗЭНий нэрийг дуудах юм.
3:10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
10 Надад мөргөгчид, Миний тараасан хүмүүс Етиопийн голуудын чанадаас Миний өргөлийг авчрах болно.
3:11 In that day shall you not be ashamed for all your doings, wherein you have transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of you them that rejoice in your pride, and you shall no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
11 Миний эсрэг тэрсэлсэн та нарын бүх үйлдлээс болж ямар ч ичгүүрийг тэр өдөр та нар мэдрэхгүй байх болно. Учир нь Би та нарын дундаас бардам, хөөрүү хүмүүсийг чинь зайлуулахад та нар Миний ариун уулан дээр дахин хэзээ ч ихэмсэг байхгүй.
3:12 I will also leave in the midst of you an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
12 Гэвч Би та нарын дунд даруу болон дорд хүмүүсийг үлдээж, тэд ЭЗЭНий нэрд хоргодох болно.
3:13 The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
13 Израилийн үлдэгдэл ямар ч бурууг үйлдэхгүй, ер худал ярихгүй. Тэдний аманд мэхлэгч хэл олдохгүй. Учир нь тэднийг чичрүүлэх хэн ч байхгүй бөгөөд тэд хооллож, хэвтэх болно".
3:14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
14 Сионы охин оо, баяр хөөртэйгээр хашхир! Израиль аа, уухай хадаа! Иерусалимын охин оо, баясан, бүх зүрхээрээ баярла!
3:15 The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out yours enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of you: you shall not see evil any more.
15 ЭЗЭН чиний шийтгэлүүдийг зайлуулжээ. Тэр дайснуудыг чинь зайлуулсан. Израилийн Хаан, ЭЗЭН та нарын дунд байна. Чи цаашид өвчнөөс айхгүй.
3:16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear you not: and to Zion, Let not yours hands be slack.
16 Тэр өдөр Иерусалимд хандан "Сион оо, бүү ай. Гараа бүү унжуул.
3:17 The LORD your God in the midst of you is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over you with singing.
17 Чиний Бурхан ЭЗЭН, аврагч дайчин, та нарын дунд байна. Тэр та нарын дээр баясал хөөртэйгөөр баярлана. Тэр Өөрийн хайр дотроо чимээгүй байна. Тэр та нарын дээр баярын уухайгаар баясах болно.
3:18 I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of you, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
18 Товлосон найр наадмуудын талаар гашуудагсдыг Би цуглуулах болно. Тэд чамаас ирсэн, Сион оо! Цөллөгийн зэмлэл нь тэдний дээрх ачаа юм.
3:19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict you: and I will save her that haltes, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
19 Харагтун, Би тэр цагт та нарын бүх дарлагч нартай тооцоо хийх гэж байна. Би доголонг аварч, хөөгдөгсдийг цуглуулж, бүх дэлхийд тэдний ичгүүрийг магтаал болон яруу алдраар солино.
3:20 At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, says the LORD.
20 Тэр цагт буюу Би та нарыг хамтад нь цуглуулах цагт Би та нарыг оруулна. Үнэхээр Би дэлхийн бүх ард түмнүүдийн дунд та нарт яруу алдар болон магтаалыг өгнө. Тэр үед Би та нарын нүдний өмнө амжилтыг чинь сэргээх болно" гэж ЭЗЭН айлдаж байна.
