1:1 À¯´Ù ¿­¿Õ ¿ä´ã°ú ¾ÆÇϽº¿Í È÷½º±â¾ß ½Ã´ë¿¡ ¸ð·¹¼Â »ç¶÷ ¹Ì°¡¿¡°Ô ÀÓÇÑ ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸ °ð »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ¿Í ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡ °üÇÑ ¹¬½Ã¶ó
1:1 The word of the Lord which came to Micah the Morashtite, in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah: his vision about Samaria and Jerusalem.
1:1 The word of the LORD that came to Micah the Morasthite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

1:2 Give ear, you peoples, all of you; give attention, O earth and everything in it: let the Lord God be witness against you, the Lord from his holy Temple.
1:2 Hear, all you people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the LORD from his holy temple.

1:3 ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ±× ó¼Ò¿¡¼­ ³ª¿À½Ã°í °­¸²ÇÏ»ç ¶¥ÀÇ ³ôÀº °÷À» ¹âÀ¸½Ç °ÍÀ̶ó
1:3 For see, the Lord is coming out from his place, and will come down, stepping on the high places of the earth.
1:3 For, behold, the LORD comes forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

1:4 ±× ¾Æ·¡¼­ »êµéÀÌ ³ì°í °ñÂ¥±âµéÀÌ °¥¶óÁö±â¸¦ ºÒ ¾ÕÀÇ ¹Ð °°°í ºñÅ»·Î ½ñ¾ÆÁö´Â ¹° °°À» °ÍÀÌ´Ï
1:4 And the mountains will be turned to water under him, and the deep valleys will be broken open, like wax before the fire, like waters flowing down a slope.
1:4 And the mountains shall be molten under him, and the valleys shall be cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.

1:5 ÀÌ´Â ´Ù ¾ß°öÀÇ Çã¹°À» ÀÎÇÔÀÌ¿ä À̽º¶ó¿¤ Á·¼ÓÀÇ Á˸¦ ÀÎÇÔÀ̶ó ¾ß°öÀÇ Çã¹°ÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀÌ´¢ »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ°¡ ¾Æ´Ï´¢ À¯´ÙÀÇ »ê´çÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀÌ´¢ ¿¹·ç»ì·½ÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï´¢
1:5 All this is because of the wrongdoing of Jacob and the sins of the children of Israel. What is the wrongdoing of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?
1:5 For the transgression of Jacob is all this, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? is it not Samaria? and what are the high places of Judah? are they not Jerusalem?

1:6 ÀÌ·¯¹Ç·Î ³»°¡ »ç¸¶¸®¾Æ·Î µéÀÇ ¹«´õ±â °°°Ô ÇÏ°í Æ÷µµ ½ÉÀ» µ¿»ê °°°Ô ÇÏ¸ç ¶Ç ±× µ¹µéÀ» °ñÂ¥±â¿¡ ½ñ¾Æ³»¸®°í ±× Áö´ë¸¦ µå·¯³»¸ç
1:6 So I will make Samaria into a field and the plantings of a vine-garden: I will send its stones falling down into the valley, uncovering its bases.
1:6 Therefore I will make Samaria as an heap of the field, and as plantings of a vineyard: and I will pour down the stones thereof into the valley, and I will discover the foundations thereof.

1:7 And all her pictured images will be hammered into bits, and all the payments for her loose ways will be burned with fire, and all the images of her gods I will make waste: for with the price of a loose woman she got them together, and as the price of a loose woman will they be given back.
1:7 And all the graven images thereof shall be beaten to pieces, and all the hires thereof shall be burned with the fire, and all the idols thereof will I lay desolate: for she gathered it of the hire of an harlot, and they shall return to the hire of an harlot.

1:8 For this I will be full of sorrow and give cries of grief; I will go uncovered and unclothed: I will give cries of grief like the jackals and will be in sorrow like the ostriches.
1:8 Therefore I will wail and wail, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.

1:9 For her wounds may not be made well: for it has come even to Judah, stretching up to the doorway of my people, even to Jerusalem.
1:9 For her wound is incurable; for it has come unto Judah; he has come unto the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.

1:10 °¡µå¿¡ °íÇÏÁö ¸»¸ç µµ¹«Áö È£°îÇÏÁö ¸»Áö¾î´Ù º£µé·¹¾Æºê¶ó¿¡¼­ Ƽ²ø¿¡ ±¼Áö¾î´Ù
1:10 Give no word of it in Gath, let there be no weeping at all: at Beth-le-aphrah be rolling in the dust.
1:10 Declare all of you it not at Gath, weep all of you not at all: in the house of Aphrah roll yourself in the dust.

1:11 Be uncovered and go away, you who are living in Shaphir: the one living in Zaanan has not come out of her town; Beth-ezel is taken away from its base, even from its resting-place.
1:11 Pass all of you away, you inhabitant of Saphir, having your shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.

1:12 For the one living in Maroth is waiting for good: for evil has come down from the Lord to the doorways of Jerusalem.
1:12 For the inhabitant of Maroth waited carefully for good: but evil came down from the LORD unto the gate of Jerusalem.

1:13 ¶ó±â½º °Å¹Î¾Æ ³Ê´Â Áظ¶¿¡ º´°Å¸¦ ¸Þ¿ïÁö¾î´Ù ¶ó±â½º´Â µþ ½Ã¿ÂÀÇ ÁËÀÇ ±Ùº»ÀÌ´Ï ÀÌ´Â À̽º¶ó¿¤ÀÇ Çã¹°ÀÌ ³×°Ô¼­ º¸¿´À½À̴϶ó
1:13 Let the war-carriage be yoked to the quick-running horse, you who are living in Lachish: she was the first cause of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the wrongdoings of Israel were seen in you.
1:13 O you inhabitant of Lachish, bind the chariot to the swift beast: she is the beginning of the sin to the daughter of Zion: for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.

1:14 ÀÌ·¯¹Ç·Î ³Ê´Â °¡µå ¸ð·¹¼Â¿¡ ÀÛº°ÇÏ´Â ¿¹¹°À» ÁÙÁö¾î´Ù ¾Ç½ÊÀÇ ÁýµéÀÌ À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¿­¿ÕÀ» ¼ÓÀ̸®¶ó
1:14 For this cause give a parting offering to Moresheth-gath: the daughter of Achzib will be a deceit to the king of Israel.
1:14 Therefore shall you give presents to Moreshethgath: the houses of Achzib shall be a lie to the kings of Israel.

1:15 ¸¶·¹»ç °Å¹Î¾Æ ³»°¡ ÀåÂ÷ ³Ê¸¦ ¾òÀ» ÀÚ·Î ³×°Ô ÀÓÇÏ°Ô Çϸ®´Ï À̽º¶ó¿¤ÀÇ ¿µ±¤ÀÌ ¾ÆµÑ¶÷±îÁö À̸¦ °ÍÀ̶ó
1:15 Even now will the taker of your heritage come to you, you who are living in Mareshah: the glory of Israel will come to destruction for ever.
1:15 Yet will I bring an heir unto you, O inhabitant of Mareshah: he shall come unto Adullam the glory of Israel.

1:16 ³Ê´Â ³× ±â»µÇÏ´Â ÀÚ½ÄÀ¸·Î ÀÎÇÏ¿© ³× ¸Ó¸®ÅÐÀ» ±ð¾Æ ´ë¸Ó¸® °°°Ô ÇÒÁö¾î´Ù ³× ¸Ó¸®·Î Å©°Ô ¹«¿©Áö°Ô Çϱ⸦ µ¶¼ö¸® °°°Ô ÇÒÁö¾î´Ù ÀÌ´Â ±×µéÀÌ »ç·ÎÀâÇô ³Ê¸¦ ¶°³µÀ½À̴϶ó
1:16 Let your head be uncovered and your hair cut off in sorrow for the children of your delight: let the hair be pulled from your head like an eagle's; for they have been taken away from you as prisoners.
1:16 Make you bald, and poll you for your delicate children; enlarge your baldness as the eagle; for they are gone into captivity from you.

2:1 ħ»ó¿¡¼­ ¾ÇÀ» ²ÒÇÏ¸ç °£»ç¸¦ °æ¿µÇÏ°í ³¯ÀÌ ¹àÀ¸¸é ±× ¼Õ¿¡ ÈûÀÌ ÀÖÀ¸¹Ç·Î ±×°ÍÀ» ÇàÇÏ´Â ÀÚ´Â È­ ÀÖÀ»ÁøÀú
2:1 A curse on the designers of evil, working on their beds! in the morning light they do it, because it is in their power.
2:1 Woe to them that devise iniquity, and work evil upon their beds! when the morning is light, they practice it, because it is in the power of their hand.

2:2 ¹çµéÀ» ŽÇÏ¿© »©¾Ñ°í ÁýµéÀ» ŽÇÏ¿© ÃëÇÏ´Ï ±×µéÀÌ »ç¶÷°ú ±× Áý »ç¶÷°ú ±× »ê¾÷À» ÇдëÇϵµ´Ù
2:2 They have a desire for fields and take them by force; and for houses and take them away: they are cruel to a man and his family, even to a man and his heritage.
2:2 And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.

2:3 ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ¸»¾¸¿¡ ³»°¡ ÀÌ Á·¼Ó¿¡°Ô Àç¾Ó ³»¸®±â¸¦ °èȹÇϳª´Ï ³ÊÈñÀÇ ¸ñÀÌ ÀÌ¿¡¼­ ¹þ¾î³ªÁö ¸øÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ¶ÇÇÑ ±³¸¸È÷ ´Ù´ÏÁö ¸øÇÒ °ÍÀ̶ó ÀÌ´Â Àç¾ÓÀÇ ¶§ÀÓÀ̴϶ó Çϼ̴À´Ï¶ó
2:3 For this cause the Lord has said, See, against this family I am purposing an evil from which you will not be able to take your necks away, and you will be weighted down by it; for it is an evil time.
2:3 Therefore thus says the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which all of you shall not remove your necks; neither shall all of you go haughtily: for this time is evil.

2:4 ±× ¶§¿¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ´ëÇÏ¿© dz»ç¸¦ ÁöÀ¸¸ç ½½Ç ¾Ö°¡¸¦ ºÒ·¯ À̸£±â¸¦ ¿ì¸®°¡ ¿ÂÀüÈ÷ ¸ÁÇÏ°Ô µÇ¾úµµ´Ù ±×°¡ ³» ¹é¼ºÀÇ »ê¾÷À» ¿Å°Ü ³»°Ô¼­ ¶°³ª°Ô ÇÏ½Ã¸ç ¿ì¸® ¹çÀ» ³ª´©¾î ÆпªÀÚ¿¡°Ô Áֽôµµ´Ù Çϸ®´Ï
2:4 In that day this saying will be said about you, and this song of grief will be made: The heritage of my people is measured out, and there is no one to give it back; those who have made us prisoners have taken our fields from us, and complete destruction has come to us.
2:4 In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he has changed the portion of my people: how has he removed it from me! turning away he has divided our fields.

2:5 ±×·¯¹Ç·Î ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ È¸Áß¿¡¼­ Á¦ºñ¸¦ »Ì°í ÁÙÀ» ¶î ÀÚ°¡ ³ÊÈñ Áß¿¡ Çϳªµµ ¾øÀ¸¸®¶ó
2:5 For this cause you will have no one to make the decision by the measuring line in the meeting of the Lord.
2:5 Therefore you shall have none that shall cast a cord by lot in the congregation of the LORD.

2:6 ¡Û ±×µéÀÌ ¸»Çϱ⸦ ³ÊÈñ´Â ¿¹¾ðÇÏÁö ¸»¶ó ÀÌ°ÍÀº ¿¹¾ðÇÒ °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¾î´Ã ¿åÇÏ´Â ¸»À» ±×Ä¡Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÑ´Ù Çϴµµ´Ù
2:6 Let not words like these be dropped, they say: Shame and the curse will not come to the family of Jacob!
2:6 Prophesy all of you not, say they to them that prophesy: they shall not prophesy to them, that they shall not take shame.

2:7 ³ÊÈñ ¾ß°öÀÇ Á·¼Ó¾Æ ¾îÂî À̸£±â¸¦ ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ½ÅÀÌ Æí±ÞÇϽô٠ÇÏ°Ú´À³Ä ±×ÀÇ ÇàÀ§°¡ ÀÌ·¯ÇϽô٠ÇÏ°Ú´À³Ä ³ªÀÇ ¸»ÀÌ ÇàÀ§ Á¤Á÷ÇÑ ÀÚ¿¡°Ô À¯À͵ÇÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϳÄ
2:7 Is the Lord quickly made angry? are these his doings? do not his words do good to his people Israel?
2:7 O you that are named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? are these his doings? do not my words do good to him that walks uprightly?

2:8 ±Ù·¡¿¡ ³» ¹é¼ºÀÌ ´ëÀû °°ÀÌ ÀϾ¼­ ÀüÀïÀ» ÇÇÇÏ¿© Æò¾ÈÈ÷ Áö³ª°¡´Â ÀÚµéÀÇ ÀǺ¹ Áß °Ñ¿ÊÀ» ¹þ±â¸ç
2:8 As for you, you have become haters of those who were at peace with you: you take the clothing of those who go by without fear, and make them prisoners of war.
2:8 Even of late my people has risen up as an enemy: all of you pull off the robe with the garment from them that pass by securely as men averse from war.

2:9 ³» ¹é¼ºÀÇ ºÎ³àµéÀ» ³ÊÈñ°¡ ±× Áñ°Å¿î Áý¿¡¼­ ÂѾƳ»°í ±× ¾î¸° Àڳ࿡°Ô¼­ ³ªÀÇ ¿µ±¤À» ¿µ¿µÈ÷ »©¾Ñ´Âµµ´Ù
2:9 The women of my people you have been driving away from their dearly loved children; from their young ones you are taking my glory for ever.
2:9 The women of my people have all of you cast out from their pleasant houses; from their children have all of you taken away my glory for ever.

2:10 ÀÌ°ÍÀÌ ³ÊÈñÀÇ ½¯ °÷ÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï´Ï ÀϾ ¶°³¯Áö¾î´Ù ÀÌ´Â ±×°ÍÀÌ ÀÌ¹Ì ´õ·¯¿öÁ³À½À̶ó ±×·±Áï ¹Ýµå½Ã ¸êÇϸ®´Ï ±× ¸ê¸ÁÀÌ Å©¸®¶ó
2:10 Up! and go; for this is not your rest: because it has been made unclean, the destruction ordered will come on you.
2:10 Arise all of you, and depart; for this is not your rest: because it is polluted, it shall destroy you, even with a sore destruction.

2:11 If a man came with a false spirit of deceit, saying, I will be a prophet to you of wine and strong drink: he would be the sort of prophet for this people.
2:11 If a man walking in the spirit and falsehood do lie, saying, I will prophesy unto you of wine and of strong drink; he shall even be the prophet of this people.

2:12 ¡Û ¾ß°ö¾Æ ³»°¡ Á¤³çÈ÷ ³ÊÈñ ¹«¸®¸¦ ´Ù ¸ðÀ¸¸ç ³»°¡ Á¤³çÈ÷ À̽º¶ó¿¤ÀÇ ³²Àº ÀÚ¸¦ ¸ðÀ¸°í ±×µéÀ» ÇÑ Ã³¼Ò¿¡ µÎ±â¸¦ º¸½º¶ó ¾ç ¶¼ °°°Ô Çϸç ÃÊÀåÀÇ ¾ç ¶¼ °°°Ô È÷¸®´Ï ±×µéÀÇ Àμö°¡ ¸¹À¸¹Ç·Î ¼Ò¸®°¡ Å©°Ô µé¸± °ÍÀ̸ç
2:12 I will certainly make all of you, O Jacob, come together; I will get together the rest of Israel; I will put them together like the sheep in their circle: like a flock in their green field; they will be full of the noise of men.
2:12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of you; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

2:13 ±æÀ» ¿©´Â ÀÚ°¡ ±×µéÀÇ ¾Õ¼­ ¿Ã¶ó°¡°í ±×µéÀº ´Þ·Á¼­ ¼º¹®¿¡ À̸£·¯¼­´Â ±×¸®·Î ÁÀ¾Æ ³ª°¥ °ÍÀÌ¸ç ±×µéÀÇ ¿ÕÀÌ ¾Õ¼­ ÇàÇÏ¸ç ¿©È£¿Í²²¼­ ¼±µÎ·Î ÇàÇϽø®¶ó
2:13 The opener of the way will go up before them: forcing their way out they will go on to the doorway and out through it: their king will go on before them, and the Lord at their head.
2:13 The breaker has come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.

3:1 ³»°¡ ¶Ç À̸£³ë´Ï ¾ß°öÀÇ µÎ·Éµé°ú À̽º¶ó¿¤ Á·¼ÓÀÇ Ä¡¸®ÀÚµé¾Æ ûÄÁ´ë µéÀ¸¶ó °øÀÇ´Â ³ÊÈñÀÇ ¾Ë °ÍÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï³Ä
3:1 And I said, Give ear, now, you heads of Jacob and rulers of the people of Israel: is it not for you to have knowledge of what is right?
3:1 And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and all of you princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?

3:2 ³ÊÈñ°¡ ¼±À» ¹Ì¿öÇÏ°í ¾ÇÀ» ÁÁ¾ÆÇÏ¿© ³» ¹é¼ºÀÇ °¡Á×À» ¹þ±â°í ±× »À¿¡¼­ »ìÀ» ¶â¾î
3:2 You who are haters of good and lovers of evil, pulling off their skin from them and their flesh from their bones;
3:2 Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;

3:3 ±×µéÀÇ »ìÀ» ¸ÔÀ¸¸ç ±× °¡Á×À» ¹þ±â¸ç ±× »À¸¦ ²ª¾î ´ÙÁö±â¸¦ ³²ºñ¿Í ¼Ü °¡¿îµ¥ ´ãÀ» °í±âó·³ Çϴµµ´Ù
3:3 Like meat they take the flesh of my people for their food, skinning them and crushing their bones, yes, cutting them up as if for the pot, like flesh inside the cooking-pot.
3:3 Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.

3:4 ±× ¶§¿¡ ±×µéÀÌ ¿©È£¿Í²² ºÎ¸£Â¢À»Áö¶óµµ ÀÀ´äÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ½Ã°í ±×µéÀÇ ÇàÀ§ÀÇ ¾ÇÇÏ´ø ´ë·Î ±×µé ¾Õ¿¡ ¾ó±¼À» °¡¸®¿ì½Ã¸®¶ó
3:4 Then they will be crying to the Lord for help, but he will not give them an answer: yes, he will keep his face veiled from them at that time, because their acts have been evil.
3:4 Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

3:5 This is what the Lord has said about the prophets by whom my people have been turned from the right way; who, biting with their teeth, say, Peace; and if anyone puts nothing in their mouths they make ready for war against him.
3:5 Thus says the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people go astray, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that puts not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

3:6 For this cause it will be night for you, without a vision; and it will be dark for you, without knowledge of the future; the sun will go down over the prophets, and the day will be black over them.
3:6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that all of you shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that all of you shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

3:7 ¼±°ßÀÚ°¡ ºÎ²ô·¯¿öÇÏ¸ç ¼ú°´ÀÌ ¼öÄ¡¸¦ ´çÇÏ¿© ´Ù ÀÔ¼úÀ» °¡¸®¿ï °ÍÀº Çϳª´ÔÀÌ ÀÀ´äÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϽÉÀ̾î´Ï¿Í
3:7 And the seers will be shamed, and the readers of the future will be at a loss, all of them covering their lips; for there is no answer from God.
3:7 Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

3:8 But I truly am full of the spirit of the Lord, with power of judging and with strength to make clear to Jacob his wrongdoing and to Israel his sin.
3:8 But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.

3:9 Then give ear to this, you heads of the children of Jacob, you rulers of the children of Israel, hating what is right, twisting what is straight.
3:9 Hear this, I pray you, all of you heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that detest judgment, and pervert all equity.

3:10 ½Ã¿ÂÀ» ÇÇ·Î, ¿¹·ç»ì·½À» Á˾ÇÀ¸·Î °ÇÃàÇϴµµ´Ù
3:10 They are building up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with evil-doing.
3:10 They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

3:11 Its heads take rewards for judging, and the priests take payment for teaching, and the prophets get silver for reading the future: but still, supporting themselves on the Lord, they say, Is not the Lord among us? no evil will overtake us.
3:11 The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.

3:12 For this reason, Zion will be ploughed like a field because of you, and Jerusalem will become a mass of broken walls, and the mountain of the house like a high place in the woods.
3:12 Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.

4:1 ¸»ÀÏ¿¡ À̸£·¯´Â ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ ÀüÀÇ »êÀÌ »êµéÀÇ ²À´ë±â¿¡ ±»°Ô ¼­¸ç ÀÛÀº »êµé À§¿¡ ¶Ù¾î³ª°í ¹ÎÁ·µéÀÌ ±×¸®·Î ¸ô·Á°¥ °ÍÀ̶ó
4:1 But in the last days it will come about that the mountain of the Lord's house will be placed on the top of the mountains, and be lifted up over the hills; and peoples will be flowing to it.
4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

4:2 And a number of nations will go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will give us knowledge of his ways and we will be guided by his word: for from Zion the law will go out, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
4:2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go out of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

4:3 And he will be judge between great peoples, and strong nations far away will be ruled by his decisions; their swords will be hammered into plough-blades and their spears into vine-knives: nations will no longer be lifting up their swords against one another, and knowledge of war will have gone for ever.
4:3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations far off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

4:4 But every man will be seated under his vine and under his fig-tree, and no one will be a cause of fear to them: for the mouth of the Lord of armies has said it.
4:4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken it.

4:5 For all the peoples will be walking, every one in the name of his god, and we will be walking in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.
4:5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever.

4:6 In that day, says the Lord, I will get together her who goes with uncertain steps, I will get together her who has been sent away, and her on whom I have sent evil;
4:6 In that day, says the LORD, will I assemble her that haltes, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;

4:7 And I will make her whose steps were uncertain a small band, and her who was feeble a strong nation: and the Lord will be their King in Mount Zion from now and for ever.
4:7 And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.

4:8 And you, O tower of the flock, Ophel of the daughter of Zion, to you it will come, even the earlier authority, the kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
4:8 And you, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto you shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem.

4:9 Now why are you crying so loudly? is there no king in you? has destruction come on your wise helper? so that pains have taken you like the pains of a woman in childbirth:
4:9 Now why do you cry out aloud? is there no king in you? is your counsellor perished? for pangs have taken you as a woman in travail.

4:10 Be in pain, make sounds of grief, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in childbirth: for now you will go out of the town, living in the open country, and will come even to Babylon; there you will have salvation; there the Lord will make you free from the hands of your haters.
4:10 Be in pain, and labour to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail: for now shall you go forth out of the city, and you shall dwell in the field, and you shall go even to Babylon; there shall you be delivered; there the LORD shall redeem you from the hand of yours enemies.

4:11 And now a number of nations have come together against you, and they say, Let her be made unclean and let our eyes see the fate of Zion.
4:11 Now also many nations are gathered against you, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye look upon Zion.

4:12 But they have no knowledge of the thoughts of the Lord, their minds are not able to see his purpose: for he has got them together like stems of grain to the crushing-floor.
4:12 But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, neither understand they his counsel: for he shall gather them as the sheaves into the floor.

4:13 Up! and let the grain be crushed, O daughter of Zion, for I will make your horn iron and your feet brass, and a number of peoples will be broken by you, and you will give up their increase to the Lord and their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.
4:13 Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make yours horn iron, and I will make your hoofs brass: and you shall beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the LORD, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.

5:1 Now you will give yourselves deep wounds for grief; they will put up a wall round us: they will give the judge of Israel a blow on the face with a rod.
5:1 Now gather yourself in troops, O daughter of troops: he has laid siege against us: they shall strike the judge of Israel with a rod upon the cheek.

5:2 ¡Û º£µé·¹Çð ¿¡ºê¶ó´Ù¾ß ³Ê´Â À¯´Ù Á·¼Ó Áß¿¡ ÀÛÀ»Áö¶óµµ À̽º¶ó¿¤À» ´Ù½º¸± ÀÚ°¡ ³×°Ô¼­ ³»°Ô·Î ³ª¿Ã °ÍÀ̶ó ±×ÀÇ ±Ùº»Àº »ó°í¿¡ ÅÂÃÊ¿¡´Ï¶ó
5:2 And you, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, the least among the families of Judah, out of you one will come to me who is to be ruler in Israel; whose going out has been purposed from time past, from the eternal days.
5:2 But you, Bethlehem Ephratah, though you be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of you shall he comes forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose activities forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

5:3 For this cause he will give them up till the time when she who is with child has given birth: then the rest of his brothers will come back to the children of Israel.
5:3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which labors has brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.

5:4 And he will take his place and give food to his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the glory of the name of the Lord his God; and their resting-place will be safe: for now he will be great to the ends of the earth.
5:4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

5:5 And this will be our peace: when the Assyrian comes into our country and his feet are in our land, then we will put up against him seven keepers of the flocks and eight chiefs among men.
5:5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.

5:6 And they will make waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod with the edge of the sword: he will give us salvation from the Assyrian when he comes into our country, when his feet come inside the limit of our land.
5:6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he comes into our land, and when he treads within our borders.

5:7 ¾ß°öÀÇ ³²Àº ÀÚ´Â ¸¹Àº ¹é¼º Áß¿¡ ÀÖÀ¸¸®´Ï ±×µéÀº ¿©È£¿Í¿¡°Ô·Î¼­ ³»¸®´Â À̽½ °°°í Ç® À§¿¡ ³»¸®´Â ´Üºñ °°¾Æ¼­ »ç¶÷À» ±â´Ù¸®Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇϸç ÀλýÀ» ±â´Ù¸®Áö ¾Æ´ÏÇÒ °ÍÀ̸ç
5:7 And the rest of Jacob will be among the mass of peoples like dew from the Lord, like showers on the grass, which may not be kept back by man, or be waiting for the sons of men.
5:7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarries not for man, nor waits for the sons of men.

5:8 And the rest of Jacob will be among the nations, in the middle of the mass of peoples, like a lion among the beasts of the woods, like a young lion among the flocks of sheep: if he goes through, they will be crushed under foot and pulled to bits, and there will be no saviour.
5:8 And the remnant of Jacob shall be among the Gentiles in the midst of many people as a lion among the beasts of the forest, as a young lion among the flocks of sheep: who, if he go through, both treads down, and tears in pieces, and none can deliver.

5:10 And it will come about in that day, says the Lord, that I will take away your horses from you, and will give your war-carriages to destruction:

6:1 Give ear now to the words of the Lord: Up! put forward your cause before the mountains, let your voice be sounding among the hills.
6:1 Hear all of you now what the LORD says; Arise, contend you before the mountains, and let the hills hear your voice.

6:2 Hear all of you, O mountains, the LORD's controversy, and all of you strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD has a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.

6:5 O my people, keep in mind now what was designed by Balak, king of Moab, and the answer which Balaam, son of Beor, gave him; the events, from Shittim to Gilgal, so that you may be certain of the upright acts of the Lord.
6:5 O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal; that all of you may know the righteousness of the LORD.

6:6 Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old?

6:7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

6:8 He has made clear to you, O man, what is good; and what is desired from you by the Lord; only doing what is right, and loving mercy, and walking without pride before your God.
6:8 He has showed you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

6:9 The voice of the Lord is crying out to the town: Give ear, you tribes and the meeting of the town.
6:9 The LORD's voice cries unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see your name: hear all of you the rod, and who has appointed it.

6:11 Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights?

6:12 For its men of wealth are cruel, and its people have said what is not true, and their tongue is false in their mouth.

6:15 You will put in seed, but you will not get in the grain; you will be crushing olives, but your bodies will not be rubbed with the oil; and you will get in the grapes, but you will have no wine.
6:15 You shall sow, but you shall not reap; you shall tread the olives, but you shall not anoint you with oil; and sweet wine, but shall not drink wine.

6:16 For you have kept the laws of Omri and all the works of the family of Ahab, and you have been guided by their designs: so that I might make you a cause of wonder and your people a cause of hisses; and the shame of my people will be on you.
6:16 For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and all of you walk in their counsels; that I should make you a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore all of you shall bear the reproach of my people.

7:1 Sorrow is mine! for I am as when they have got in the summer fruits, like the last of the grapes: there is nothing for food, not even an early fig for my desire.
7:1 Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the gleaning of grapes of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the first-fruits fruit.

7:3 That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asks, and the judge asks for a reward; and the great man, he utters his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.

7:4 The best of them is like a waste plant, and their upright ones are like a wall of thorns. Sorrow! the day of their fate has come; now will trouble come on them.
7:4 The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of your watchmen and your visitation comes; now shall be their perplexity.

7:6 For the son dishonours the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.

7:9 I will undergo the wrath of the Lord, because of my sin against him; till he takes up my cause and does what is right for me: when he makes me come out into the light, I will see his righteousness;
7:9 I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

7:10 And my hater will see it and be covered with shame; she who said to me, Where is the Lord your God? my eyes will see their desire effected on her, now she will be crushed under foot like the dust of the streets.
7:10 Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD your God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

7:12 In that day they will come to you from Assyria and the towns of Egypt, and from Egypt even to the River, and from sea to sea and from mountain to mountain.
7:12 In that day also he shall come even to you from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and from mountain to mountain.

7:13 But the land will become a waste because of its people, as the fruit of their works.
7:13 Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.

7:14 Keep your people safe with your rod, the flock of your heritage, living by themselves in the woods in the middle of Carmel: let them get their food in Bashan and Gilead as in the past.
7:14 Feed your people with your rod, the flock of yours heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.

7:15 °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³×°¡ ¾Ö±Á ¶¥¿¡¼­ ³ª¿À´ø ³¯°ú °°ÀÌ ³»°¡ ±×µé¿¡°Ô ±â»ç¸¦ º¸À̸®¶ó
7:15 As in the days when you came out from the land of Egypt, let us see things of wonder.
7:15 According to the days of your coming out of the land of Egypt will I show unto him marvellous things.

7:16 The nations will see and be shamed because of all their strength; they will put their hands on their mouths, their ears will be stopped.
7:16 The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.

7:17 They will take dust as their food like a snake, like the things which go flat on the earth; they will come shaking with fear out of their secret places: they will come with fear to the Lord our God, full of fear because of you.
7:17 They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of you.

7:18 Who is a God like you, offering forgiveness for evil-doing and overlooking the sins of the rest of his heritage? he does not keep his wrath for ever, because his delight is in mercy.
7:18 Who is a God like unto you, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger for ever, because he delights in mercy.

7:19 He will again have pity on us; he will put our sins under his feet: and you will send all our sins down into the heart of the sea.
7:19 He will return, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

7:20 You will make clear your good faith to Jacob and your mercy to Abraham, as you gave your oath to our fathers from times long past.
7:20 You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which you have sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
