9:1 ¶Ç ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ ³»°¡ Áø½Ç·Î ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£³ë´Ï ¿©±â ¼¹´Â »ç¶÷ Áß¿¡ Á×±â Àü¿¡ Çϳª´ÔÀÇ ³ª¶ó°¡ ±Ç´ÉÀ¸·Î ÀÓÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» º¼ Àڵ鵵 ÀÖ´À´Ï¶ó ÇϽô϶ó
9:1 And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There are some here who will have no taste of death till they see the kingdom of God come with power.
9:1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.

9:2 And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James and John, and made them go up with him into a high mountain by themselves: and he was changed in form before them:
9:2 And after six days Jesus takes with him Peter, and James, and John, and leads them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them.

9:3 And his clothing became shining, very white, as no cleaner on earth would make it.
9:3 And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no launderer on earth can white them.

9:4 And there came before them Elijah with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.
9:4 And there appeared unto them Elijah with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.

9:5 And Peter said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tents; one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.
9:5 And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for you, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah.

9:6 Because he was not certain what to say, for they were in great fear.
9:6 For he knows not what to say; for they were sore afraid.

9:7 And a cloud came over them; and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my dearly loved Son, give ear to him.
9:7 And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

9:8 ¹®µæ µÑ·¯º¸´Ï ¾Æ¹«µµ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ°í ¿ÀÁ÷ ¿¹¼ö¿Í ÀÚ±âµé »ÓÀ̾ú´õ¶ó
9:8 And suddenly looking round about, they saw no one any longer, but Jesus only with themselves.
9:8 And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves.

9:9 And while they were coming down from the mountain, he gave them orders not to give word to any man of the things they had seen, till the Son of man had come back from the dead.
9:9 And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead.

9:10 ÀúÈñ°¡ ÀÌ ¸»¾¸À» ¸¶À½¿¡ µÎ¸ç ¼­·Î ¹®ÀÇÇ쵂 Á×Àº ÀÚ °¡¿îµ¥¼­ »ì¾Æ³ª´Â °ÍÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀϱî ÇÏ°í
9:10 And they kept the saying, questioning among themselves what the coming back from the dead might be.
9:10 And they kept that saying (o. logos) with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean.

9:11 And they put a question to him, saying, Why do the scribes say that Elijah has to come first?
9:11 And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elijah must first come?

9:12 And he said to them, Truly, Elijah does come first, and puts all things in order; and how is it said in the Writings that the Son of man will go through much sorrow and be made as nothing?
9:12 And he answered and told them, Elijah verily comes first, and restores all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nothing.

9:13 But I say to you that Elijah has come, and they have done to him whatever they were pleased to do, even as the Writings say about him.
9:13 But I say unto you, That Elijah is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.

9:14 And when they came to the disciples, they saw a great mass of people about them, and scribes questioning them.
9:14 And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.

9:15 ¿Â ¹«¸®°¡ °ð ¿¹¼ö¸¦ º¸°í ½ÉÈ÷ ³î¶ó¸ç ´Þ·Á¿Í ¹®¾ÈÇÏ°Å´Ã
9:15 And straight away all the people, when they saw him, were full of wonder, and running to him, gave him worship.
9:15 And immediately all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

9:16 And he said, What are you questioning them about?
9:16 And he asked the scribes, What question all of you with them?

9:17 ¹«¸® Áß¿¡ Çϳª°¡ ´ë´äÇ쵂 ¼±»ý´Ô º¡¾î¸® ±Í½Å µé¸° ³» ¾ÆµéÀ» ¼±»ý´Ô²² µ¥·Á¿Ô³ªÀÌ´Ù
9:17 And one of the number said to him in answer, Master, I came to you with my son, who has in him a spirit which takes away his power of talking;
9:17 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto you my son, which has a dumb spirit; (o. pneuma)

9:18 ±Í½ÅÀÌ ¾îµð¼­µçÁö Àú¸¦ ÀâÀ¸¸é °Å²Ù·¯Á® °ÅÇ°À» È긮¸ç À̸¦ °¥¸ç ±×¸®°í Æĸ®ÇÏ¿© °¡´ÂÁö¶ó ³»°¡ ¼±»ýÀÇ Á¦Àڵ鿡°Ô ³»¾îÂÑ¾Æ ´Þ¶ó ÇÏ¿´À¸³ª ÀúÈñ°¡ ´ÉÈ÷ ÇÏÁö ¸øÇÏ´õÀÌ´Ù
9:18 And wherever it takes him, it puts him down violently, streaming at the lips and twisted with pain; and his strength goes from him; and I made a request to your disciples to send it out, and they were not able.
9:18 And where ever he takes him, he tears him: and he foams, and gnashes with his teeth, and pins away: and I spoke to your disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.

9:19 ´ë´äÇÏ¿© °¡¶ó»ç´ë ¹ÏÀ½ÀÌ ¾ø´Â ¼¼´ë¿© ³»°¡ ¾ó¸¶³ª ³ÊÈñ¿Í ÇÔ²² ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ¾ó¸¶³ª ³ÊÈñ¸¦ ÂüÀ¸¸®¿ä ±×¸¦ ³»°Ô·Î µ¥·Á¿À¶ó ÇϽøÅ
9:19 And he said to them in answer, O generation without faith, how long will I have to be with you? how long will I put up with you? let him come to me.
9:19 He answers him, and says, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

9:20 ÀÌ¿¡ µ¥¸®°í ¿À´Ï ±Í½ÅÀÌ ¿¹¼ö¸¦ º¸°í °ð ±× ¾ÆÀÌ·Î ½ÉÈ÷ °æ·ÃÀ» ÀÏÀ¸Å°°Ô ÇÏ´ÂÁö¶ó Àú°¡ ¶¥¿¡ ¾þµå·¯Á® ±¼¸ç °ÅÇ°À» È긮´õ¶ó
9:20 And they took him to him: and when he saw him, the spirit in him straight away became violent; and he went down on the earth, rolling about and streaming at the lips.
9:20 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, immediately the spirit (o. pneuma) tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

9:21 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ±× ¾Æºñ¿¡°Ô ¹°À¸½ÃµÇ ¾ðÁ¦ºÎÅÍ ÀÌ·¸°Ô µÇ¾ú´À³Ä ÇÏ½Ã´Ï °¡·ÎµÇ ¾î¸± ¶§ºÎÅÍ´ÏÀÌ´Ù
9:21 And Jesus questioning the father said, How long has he been like this? And he said, From a child.
9:21 And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.

9:22 ±Í½ÅÀÌ Àú¸¦ Á×ÀÌ·Á°í ºÒ°ú ¹°¿¡ ÀÚÁÖ ´øÁ³³ªÀÌ´Ù ±×·¯³ª ¹«¾ùÀ» ÇÏ½Ç ¼ö ÀÖ°Åµç ¿ì¸®¸¦ ºÒ½ÖÈ÷ ¿©±â»ç µµ¿Í ÁֿɼҼ­
9:22 And frequently it has sent him into the fire and into the water, for his destruction; but if you are able to do anything, have pity on us, and give us help.
9:22 And frequently it has cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if you can do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.

9:23 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ÇÒ ¼ö ÀְŵçÀÌ ¹«½¼ ¸»ÀÌ³Ä ¹Ï´Â ÀÚ¿¡°Ô´Â ´ÉÄ¡ ¸øÇÒ ÀÏÀÌ ¾ø´À´Ï¶ó ÇϽôÏ
9:23 And Jesus said to him, If you are able! All things are possible to him who has faith.
9:23 Jesus said unto him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes.

9:24 °ð ±× ¾ÆÀÌÀÇ ¾Æºñ°¡ ¼Ò¸®¸¦ Áú·¯ °¡·ÎµÇ ³»°¡ ¹Ï³ªÀÌ´Ù ³ªÀÇ ¹ÏÀ½ ¾ø´Â °ÍÀ» µµ¿Í ÁÖ¼Ò¼­ ÇÏ´õ¶ó
9:24 Straight away the father of the child gave a cry, saying, I have faith; make my feeble faith stronger.
9:24 And immediately the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help you mine unbelief.

9:25 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¹«¸®ÀÇ ´Þ·Á ¸ðÀÌ´Â °ÍÀ» º¸½Ã°í ±× ´õ·¯¿î ±Í½ÅÀ» ²Ù¢¾î °¡¶ó»ç´ë º¡¾î¸® µÇ°í ±Í¸ÔÀº ±Í½Å¾Æ ³»°¡ ³×°Ô ¸íÇϳë´Ï ±× ¾ÆÀÌ¿¡°Ô¼­ ³ª¿À°í ´Ù½Ã µé¾î°¡Áö ¸»¶ó ÇϽøÅ
9:25 And when Jesus saw that the people came running together, he gave orders to the unclean spirit, saying to him, You, spirit, who are the cause of his loss of voice and hearing, I say to you, come out of him, and never again go into him.
9:25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, (o. pneuma) saying unto him, You dumb and deaf spirit, (o. pneuma) I charge you, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

9:26 ±Í½ÅÀÌ ¼Ò¸® Áö¸£¸ç ¾ÆÀÌ·Î ½ÉÈ÷ °æ·ÃÀ» ÀÏÀ¸Å°°Ô ÇÏ°í ³ª°¡´Ï ±× ¾ÆÀÌ°¡ Á×Àº °Í °°ÀÌ µÇ¾î ¸¹Àº »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¸»Çϱ⸦ Á×¾ú´Ù Çϳª
9:26 And after crying out and shaking him violently, it came out: and the child became like one dead; so that most of them said, He is dead.
9:26 And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.

9:27 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ±× ¼ÕÀ» Àâ¾Æ ÀÏÀ¸Å°½Ã´Ï ÀÌ¿¡ ÀϾ´Ï¶ó
9:27 But Jesus took him by the hand, lifting him up; and he got up.
9:27 But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.

9:28 And when he had gone into the house, his disciples said to him privately, Why were we unable to send it out?
9:28 And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

9:29 And he said to them, Nothing will make this sort come out but prayer.
9:29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

9:30 ¡Û ±× °÷À» ¶°³ª °¥¸±¸® °¡¿îµ¥·Î Áö³¯»õ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¾Æ¹«¿¡°Ôµµ ¾Ë¸®°íÀÚ ¾Æ´ÏÇϽôÏ
9:30 And they went out from there, through Galilee; and it was his desire that no man might have knowledge of it;
9:30 And they departed thence, and passed through Galilee; and he would not that any man should know it.

9:31 For he was giving his disciples teaching, and saying to them, The Son of man is given up into the hands of men, and they will put him to death; and when he is dead, after three days he will come back from the dead.
9:31 For he taught his disciples, and said unto them, The Son of man is delivered into the hands of men, and they shall kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third day.

9:32 ±×·¯³ª Á¦ÀÚµéÀº ÀÌ ¸»¾¸À» ±ú´ÝÁö ¸øÇÏ°í ¹¯±âµµ ¹«¼­¿öÇÏ´õ¶ó
9:32 But the saying was not clear to them, and they were in fear of questioning him about it.
9:32 But they understood not that saying, (o. rhema) and were afraid to ask him.

9:33 ¡Û °¡¹ö³ª¿ò¿¡ À̸£·¯ Áý¿¡ °è½Ç»õ Á¦Àڵ鿡°Ô ¹°À¸½ÃµÇ ³ÊÈñ°¡ ³ëÁß¿¡¼­ ¼­·Î Åä·ÐÇÑ °ÍÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀÌ³Ä ÇϽõÇ
9:33 And they came to Capernaum: and when he was in the house, he put the question to them, What were you talking about on the way?
9:33 And he came to Capernaum: and being in the house he asked them, What was it that all of you disputed among yourselves by the way?

9:34 ÀúÈñ°¡ ÀáÀáÇÏ´Ï ÀÌ´Â ³ëÁß¿¡¼­ ¼­·Î ´©°¡ Å©³Ä ÇÏ°í Àï·ÐÇÏ¿´À½À̶ó
9:34 But they said nothing: because they had had an argument between themselves on the way, about who was the greatest.
9:34 But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.

9:35 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¾ÉÀ¸»ç ¿­ µÎ Á¦ÀÚ¸¦ ºÒ·¯¼­ À̸£½ÃµÇ ¾Æ¹«µçÁö ù°°¡ µÇ°íÀÚ ÇÏ¸é ¹µ »ç¶÷ÀÇ ³¡ÀÌ µÇ¸ç ¹µ »ç¶÷À» ¼¶±â´Â ÀÚ°¡ µÇ¾î¾ß Çϸ®¶ó ÇϽðí
9:35 And seating himself, he made the twelve come to him; and he said to them, If any man has the desire to be first, he will be last of all and servant of all.
9:35 And he sat down, and called the twelve, and says unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.

9:36 And he took a little child, and put him in the middle of them; and taking him in his arms, he said to them,
9:36 And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them,

9:37 ´©±¸µçÁö ³» À̸§À¸·Î ÀÌ·± ¾î¸° ¾ÆÀÌ Çϳª¸¦ ¿µÁ¢ÇÏ¸é °ð ³ª¸¦ ¿µÁ¢ÇÔÀÌ¿ä ´©±¸µçÁö ³ª¸¦ ¿µÁ¢ÇÏ¸é ³ª¸¦ ¿µÁ¢ÇÔÀÌ ¾Æ´Ï¿ä ³ª¸¦ º¸³»½Å À̸¦ ¿µÁ¢ÇÔÀ̴϶ó
9:37 Whoever will give honour to one such little child in my name, gives honour to me: and whoever gives honour to me, gives honour not to me, but to him who sent me.
9:37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receives me: and whosoever shall receive me, receives not me, but him that sent me.

9:38 John said to him, Master, we saw one driving out evil spirits in your name: and we said that he might not, because he is not one of us.
9:38 And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in your name, and he follows not us: and we forbad him, because he follows not us.

9:39 But Jesus said, Say not so: for there is no man who will do a great work in my name, and be able at the same time to say evil of me.
9:39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

9:40 He who is not against us is for us.
9:40 For he that is not against us is on our part.

9:42 And whoever is a cause of trouble to one of these little ones who have faith in me, it would be better for him if a great stone was put round his neck and he was dropped into the sea.
9:42 And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

10:1 And he got up, and went into the country of Judaea on the other side of Jordan: and great numbers of people came together to him again; and, as was his way, he gave them teaching.
10:1 And he arose from thence, and comes into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was known, he taught them again.

10:2 And Pharisees came to him, testing him with the question, Is it right for a man to put away his wife?
10:2 And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him.

10:4 And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away.

10:6 But from the first, male and female made he them.

10:7 For this cause will a man go away from his father and mother, and be joined to his wife;

10:8 And the two will become one flesh; so that they are no longer two, but one flesh.

10:11 And he said to them, Whoever puts away his wife and takes another, is false to his wife;
10:11 And he says unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, commits adultery against her.

10:12 And if she herself puts away her husband and takes another, she is false to her husband.
10:12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she commits adultery.

10:13 And they took to him little children, so that he might put his hands on them: and the disciples said sharp words to them.
10:13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.

10:14 And when Jesus saw it, he was angry, and said to them, Let the little children come to me, and do not keep them away; for of such is the kingdom of God.
10:14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

10:15 Truly I say to you, Whoever does not put himself under the kingdom of God like a little child, will not come into it at all.
10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

10:16 And he took them in his arms, and gave them a blessing, putting his hands on them.

10:17 And while he was going out into the way, a man came running to him, and went down on his knees, saying, Good Master, what have I to do so that I may have eternal life?
10:17 And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?

10:18 And Jesus said to him, Why do you say I am good? no one is good but one, and that is God.
10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why call you me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

10:19 You have knowledge of what is said in the law, Do not put any one to death, Do not be untrue in married life, Do not take what is not yours, Do not give false witness, Do not get money by deceit, Give honour to your father and mother.
10:19 You know the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour your father and mother.

10:20 And he said to him, Master, all these laws I have kept from the time when I was young.
10:20 And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.

10:21 And Jesus, looking on him and loving him, said, There is one thing needed: go, get money for your goods, and give it to the poor, and you will have wealth in heaven: and come with me.
10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing you lack: go your way, sell whatsoever you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.

10:22 But his face became sad at the saying, and he went away sorrowing: for he was one who had much property.
10:22 And he was sad at that saying, (o. logos) and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.

10:23 And Jesus, looking round about, said to his disciples, How hard it is for those who have wealth to come into the kingdom of God!
10:23 And Jesus looked round about, and says unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

10:24 And the disciples were full of wonder at his words. But Jesus said to them again, Children, how hard it is for those who put faith in wealth to come into the kingdom of God!
10:24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. (o. logos) But Jesus answers again, and says unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!

10:25 It is simpler for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a man of wealth to come into the kingdom of God.
10:25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

10:27 Jesus, looking on them, said, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for all things are possible with God.

10:30 Who will not get a hundred times as much now in this time, houses, and brothers, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and land--though with great troubles; and, in the world to come, eternal life.

10:34 And they will make sport of him, and put shame on him, and give him cruel blows, and will put him to death; and after three days he will come back from the dead.
10:34 And they shall mock him, and shall scourge him, and shall spit upon him, and shall kill him: and the third day he shall rise again.

10:35 And there came to him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying to him, Master, will you give us whatever may be our request?
10:35 And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that you should do for us whatsoever we shall desire.

10:36 And he said to them, What would you have me do for you?
10:36 And he said unto them, What would all of you that I should do for you?

10:37 And they said to him, Let us be seated, one at your right hand and one at your left, in your glory.
10:37 They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on your right hand, and the other on your left hand, in your glory.

10:38 But Jesus said to them, You have no knowledge of what you are saying. Are you able to take of my cup? or to undergo the baptism which I am to undergo?
10:38 But Jesus said unto them, All of you know not what all of you ask: can all of you drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

10:39 And they said to him, We are able. And Jesus said to them, You will take of the cup from which I take; and the baptism which I am about to undergo you will undergo:
10:39 And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, All of you shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized likewise shall all of you be baptized:

10:40 But to be seated at my right hand or at my left is not for me to give: but it is for those for whom it has been made ready.
10:40 But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.

10:41 And hearing this, the ten became very angry with James and John.
10:41 And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John.

10:42 And Jesus made them come to him, and said to them, You see that those who are made rulers over the Gentiles are lords over them, and their great ones have authority over them.
10:42 But Jesus called them to him, and says unto them, All of you know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.

10:43 But it is not so among you: but whoever has a desire to become great among you, let him be your servant:

10:45 For truly the Son of man did not come to have servants, but to be a servant, and to give his life for the salvation of men.
10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

10:46 And they came to Jericho: and when he was going out of Jericho, with his disciples and a great number of people, the son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus, a blind man, was seated by the wayside, with his hand out for money.
10:46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.

10:47 And when it came to his ears that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he gave a cry, and said, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me.
10:47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, you son of David, have mercy on me.

10:48 And some of them, turning in protest, gave him an order to be quiet: but he went on crying out all the more, Son of David, have mercy on me.
10:48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, You son of David, have mercy on me.

10:49 And Jesus came to a stop and said, Let him come. And crying out to the blind man, they said to him, Be comforted: come, he has sent for you.
10:49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calls you.

10:50 And he, putting off his coat, got up quickly, and came to Jesus.

10:51 And Jesus said to him, What would you have me do to you? And the blind man said, Master, make me able to see.
10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What will you that I should do unto you? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.

10:52 And Jesus said to him, Go on your way; your faith has made you well. And straight away he was able to see, and went after him in the way.
10:52 And Jesus said unto him, Go your way; your faith has made you whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

11:1 And when they came near to Jerusalem, to Beth-phage and Bethany, at the Mountain of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
11:1 And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sends forth two of his disciples,

11:2 À̸£½ÃµÇ ³ÊÈñ ¸ÂÀºÆí ¸¶À»·Î °¡¶ó ±×¸®·Î µé¾î°¡¸é °ð ¾ÆÁ÷ ¾Æ¹« »ç¶÷µµ Ÿ º¸Áö ¾ÊÀº ³ª±Í »õ³¢ÀÇ ¸Å¿© ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀ» º¸¸®´Ï Ç®¾î ²ø°í ¿À³Ê¶ó
11:2 And said to them, Go into the little town opposite: and when you come to it, you will see a young ass with a cord round his neck, on which no man has ever been seated; let him loose, and come back with him.
11:2 And says unto them, Go your way into the village opposite to you: and as soon as all of you be entered into it, all of you shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.

11:3 ¸¸ÀÏ ´©°¡ ³ÊÈñ¿¡°Ô ¿Ö À̸® ÇÏ´À³Ä ¹¯°Åµç ÁÖ°¡ ¾²½Ã°Ú´Ù Ç϶ó ±×¸®Çϸé Áï½Ã À̸®·Î º¸³»¸®¶ó ÇϽôÏ
11:3 And if anyone says to you, Why are you doing this? say, The Lord has need of him and will send him back straight away.
11:3 And if any man say unto you, Why do all of you this? say all of you that the Lord has need of him; and immediately he will send him here.

11:4 Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ °¡¼­ º»Áï ³ª±Í »õ³¢°¡ ¹® ¾Õ °Å¸®¿¡ ¸Å¿© ÀÖ´ÂÁö¶ó ±×°ÍÀ» Ǫ´Ï
11:4 And they went away and saw a young ass by the door outside in the open street; and they were getting him loose.
11:4 And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.

11:5 °Å±â ¼¹´Â »ç¶÷ Áß ¾î¶² À̵éÀÌ °¡·ÎµÇ ³ª±Í »õ³¢¸¦ Ç®¾î ¹«¾ùÇÏ·Á´À³Ä ÇϸÅ
11:5 And some of those who were there said to them, What are you doing, taking the ass?
11:5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do all of you, loosing the colt?

11:6 Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ ¿¹¼öÀÇ À̸£½Å ´ë·Î ¸»ÇÑ´ë ÀÌ¿¡ Çã¶ôÇÏ´ÂÁö¶ó
11:6 And they said to them the words which Jesus had said; and they let them go.
11:6 And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.

11:7 ³ª±Í »õ³¢¸¦ ¿¹¼ö²²·Î ²ø°í ¿Í¼­ ÀÚ±âµéÀÇ °Ñ¿ÊÀ» ±× À§¿¡ °ÉÃÄ µÎ¸Å ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ Ÿ½Ã´Ï
11:7 And they took the young ass to Jesus, and put their clothing on him, and he got on his back.
11:7 And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.

11:8 And a great number put down their clothing in the way; and others put down branches which they had taken from the fields.
11:8 And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and scattered them in the way.

11:9 ¾Õ¿¡¼­ °¡°í µÚ¿¡¼­ µû¸£´Â ÀÚµéÀÌ ¼Ò¸® Áö¸£µÇ È£»ê³ª Âù¼ÛÇϸ®·Î´Ù ÁÖÀÇ À̸§À¸·Î ¿À½Ã´Â ÀÌ¿©
11:9 And those who went in front, and those who came after, were crying, Glory: A blessing on him who comes in the name of the Lord:
11:9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord:

11:10 A blessing on the coming kingdom of our father David: Glory in the highest.
11:10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that comes in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

11:11 ¡Û ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡ À̸£·¯ ¼ºÀü¿¡ µé¾î°¡»ç ¸ðµç °ÍÀ» µÑ·¯ º¸½Ã°í ¶§°¡ ÀÌ¹Ì Àú¹°¸Å ¿­ µÎ Á¦ÀÚ¸¦ µ¥¸®½Ã°í º£´Ù´Ï¿¡ ³ª°¡½Ã´Ù
11:11 And he went into Jerusalem into the Temple; and after looking round about on all things, it being now evening, he went out to Bethany with the twelve.
11:11 And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the evening was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.

11:12 And on the day after, when they had come out from Bethany, he was in need of food.
11:12 And on the next day, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

11:13 And seeing a fig-tree in the distance with leaves, he went to see if by chance it had anything on it: and when he came to it, he saw nothing but leaves, for it was not the time for the fruit.
11:13 And seeing a fig tree far off having leaves, he came, if lest by any means he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

11:14 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ³ª¹«¿¡°Ô ÀÏ·¯ °¡¶ó»ç´ë ÀÌÁ¦ºÎÅÍ ¿µ¿øÅä·Ï »ç¶÷ÀÌ ³×°Ô¼­ ¿­¸Å¸¦ µû ¸ÔÁö ¸øÇϸ®¶ó ÇÏ½Ã´Ï Á¦ÀÚµéÀÌ À̸¦ µè´õ¶ó
11:14 And he said to it, Let no man take fruit from you for ever. And his disciples took note of his words.
11:14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of you hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

11:15 ¡Û ÀúÈñ°¡ ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡ µé¾î°¡´Ï¶ó ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¼ºÀü¿¡ µé¾î°¡»ç ¼ºÀü ¾È¿¡¼­ ¸Å¸ÅÇÏ´Â ÀÚµéÀ» ³»¾î ÂÑÀ¸½Ã¸ç µ· ¹Ù²Ù´Â ÀÚµéÀÇ »ó°ú ºñµÑ±â ÆÄ´Â ÀÚµéÀÇ ÀÇÀÚ¸¦ µÑ·¯ ¾þÀ¸½Ã¸ç
11:15 And they came to Jerusalem; and he went into the Temple, and sent out those who were trading there, overturning the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who were offering doves for money;
11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

11:16 ¾Æ¹«³ª ±â±¸¸¦ °¡Áö°í ¼ºÀü ¾ÈÀ¸·Î Áö³ª´Ù´ÔÀ» ÇãÄ¡ ¾Æ´ÏÇϽðí
11:16 And he would not let any man take a vessel through the Temple.
11:16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

11:17 ÀÌ¿¡ °¡¸£ÃÄ À̸£½ÃµÇ ±â·ÏµÈ ¹Ù ³» ÁýÀº ¸¸¹ÎÀÇ ±âµµÇÏ´Â ÁýÀ̶ó ĪÇÔÀ» ¹ÞÀ¸¸®¶ó°í ÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´´À³Ä ³ÊÈñ´Â °­µµÀÇ ±¼Ç÷À» ¸¸µé¾úµµ´Ù ÇϽøÅ
11:17 And he gave them teaching, and said to them, Is it not in the Writings, My house is to be named a house of prayer for all the nations? but you have made it a hole of thieves.
11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but all of you have made it a den of thieves.

11:18 ´ëÁ¦»çÀåµé°ú ¼­±â°üµéÀÌ µè°í ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ¾î¶»°Ô ¸êÇÒ±î ÇÏ°í ²ÒÇÏ´Ï ÀÌ´Â ¹«¸®°¡ ´Ù ±×ÀÇ ±³ÈÆÀ» ±âÀÌÈ÷ ¿©±â¹Ç·Î ±×¸¦ µÎ·Á¿öÇÔÀÏ·¯¶ó
11:18 And it came to the ears of the chief priests and scribes, and they took thought how they might put him to death; being in fear of him, because all the people were full of wonder at his teaching.
11:18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

11:19 ¡Û ¸Å¾ç Àú¹°¸Å ÀúÈñ°¡ ¼º ¹ÛÀ¸·Î ³ª°¡´õ¶ó
11:19 And every evening he went out of the town.
11:19 And when even was come, he went out of the city.

11:20 ¡Û ÀúÈñ°¡ ¾Æħ¿¡ Áö³ª°¥ ¶§¿¡ ¹«È­°ú³ª¹«°¡ »Ñ¸®·ÎºÎÅÍ ¸¶¸¥ °ÍÀ» º¸°í
11:20 And when they were going by in the morning, they saw the fig-tree dead from the roots.
11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

11:21 º£µå·Î°¡ »ý°¢ÀÌ ³ª¼­ ¿©Â¥¿ÀµÇ ¶øºñ¿© º¸¼Ò¼­ ÀúÁÖÇϽŠ¹«È­°ú³ª¹«°¡ ¸»¶ú³ªÀÌ´Ù
11:21 And Peter, having a memory of it, said to him, Master, see, the tree which was cursed by you is dead.
11:21 And Peter calling to remembrance says unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which you cursed is withered away.

11:22 ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´ë´äÇÏ¿© ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô À̸£½ÃµÇ Çϳª´ÔÀ» ¹ÏÀ¸¶ó
11:22 And Jesus, answering, said to them, Have God's faith.
11:22 And Jesus answering says unto them, Have faith in God.

11:23 Truly I say to you, Whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and be put into the sea; and has no doubt in his heart, but has faith that what he says will come about, he will have his desire.

12:1 And he gave them teaching in the form of stories. A man had a vine-garden planted, and put a wall about it, and made a place for crushing out the wine, and put up a tower, and let it out to field-workers, and went into another country.
12:1 And he began to speak unto them by parables. A certain man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about it, and dug a place for the winepress, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country.

12:3 And they took him, and gave him blows, and sent him away with nothing.

12:6 He still had one, a dearly loved son: he sent him last to them, saying, They will have respect for my son.

12:7 But those workmen said among themselves, This is he who will one day be the owner of the property; come, let us put him to death, and the heritage will be ours.
12:7 But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be our's.

12:9 What then will the master of the garden do? He will come and put the workmen to death, and will give the garden into the hands of others.
12:9 What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others.

12:10 Have you not seen this which is in the Writings: The stone which the builders put on one side, the same was made the chief stone of the building:

12:12 And they made attempts to take him; but they were in fear of the people, because they saw that the story was against them; and they went away from him.

12:14 And when they had come, they said to him, Master, we are certain that you are true, and have no fear of anyone: you have no respect for a man's position, but you are teaching the true way of God: Is it right to give taxes to Caesar or not?
12:14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that you are true, and care for no man: for you regard not the person of men, but teach the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

12:15 Are we to give or not to give? But he, conscious of their false hearts, said to them, Why do you put me to the test? give me a penny, so that I may see it.
12:15 Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt all of you me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.

12:17 And Jesus said to them, Give to Caesar the things which are Caesar's, and to God the things which are God's. And they were full of wonder at him.

12:19 Master, in the law Moses says, If a man's brother comes to his end, and has a wife still living and no child, it is right for his brother to take his wife, and get a family for his brother.
12:19 Master, Moses wrote unto us, If a man's brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and leave no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.

12:26 But as to the dead coming back to life; have you not seen in the book of Moses, about the burning thorn-tree, how God said to him, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?

12:33 And to have love for him with all the heart, and with all the mind, and with all the strength, and to have the same love for his neighbour as for himself, is much more than all forms of offerings.

13:1 And when he was going out of the Temple, one of his disciples said to him, Master, see, what stones and what buildings!
13:1 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples says unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!

13:2 And Jesus said to him, Do you see these great buildings? there is not one stone here resting on another which will not be overturned.

13:3 And while he was seated on the Mountain of Olives opposite the Temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew said to him privately,

13:4 Say when these things will be, and what will be the sign when these things are all about to be done.
13:4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

13:5 And Jesus said to them, Take care that you are not tricked by anyone.
13:5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

13:6 People will come in my name, saying, I am he; and a number will be turned from the true way.
13:6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

13:7 And when you have news of wars and talk of wars, do not be troubled; these things have to be, but it is still not the end.
13:7 And when all of you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be all of you not troubled: for such things must essentially be; but the end shall not be yet.

13:8 Nation will go to war with nation, and kingdom with kingdom: there will be earth-shocks in different places; there will be times when there is no food; these things are the first of the troubles.
13:8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

13:9 But take care: for they will give you up to the Sanhedrins; and in Synagogues you will be whipped; and you will be taken before rulers and kings because of me, for a sign to them.
13:9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues all of you shall be beaten: and all of you shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

13:10 And the good news has first to be given to all the nations.
13:10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

13:11 And when you are taken and given up to be judged, do not be troubled about what to say: but whatever is given to you in that hour, say: because it is not you who say it, but the Holy Spirit.
13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what all of you shall speak, neither do all of you premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak all of you: for it is not all of you that speak, but the Holy Spirit. (o. pneuma)

13:12 And brother will give up brother to death, and the father his child; and children will go against their fathers and mothers, and put them to death.
13:12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

13:13 And you will be hated by all men, because of my name; but he who goes through to the end will have salvation.
13:13 And all of you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

13:14 But when you see the unclean thing which makes destruction, in the place where it has no right to be (let this be clear to the reader), then let those who are in Judaea go quickly to the mountains:
13:14 But when all of you shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that reads understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

13:15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

13:16 And let not him who is in the field go back to take his coat.
13:16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again in order to take up his garment.

13:17 And it will be hard for women who are with child and for her who has a baby at the breast in those days.
13:17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

13:18 And say a prayer that it may not be in the winter.
13:18 And pray all of you that your flight be not in the winter.

13:19 For in those days there will be sorrow, such as there has not been from the time when God made the world till now, and will not ever be again.
13:19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

13:20 And if the Lord had not made the time short, no flesh would have been kept from destruction; but because of the saints he has made the time short.
13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he has chosen, he has shortened the days.

13:21 And then if any man says to you, See, here is Christ; or, See, there; have no faith in it:
13:21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

13:22 Because there will be false Christs and false prophets, and they will give signs and wonders in the hope of turning even the saints from the true way.
13:22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

13:23 But take care; see, I have made all things clear to you before the time.
13:23 But take all of you heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

13:24 But in those days, after that time of trouble, the sun will be made dark and the moon will not give her light,
13:24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

13:25 And the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers which are in the heavens will be moved.
13:25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

13:27 And then he will send out the angels, and will get together his saints from the four winds, from the farthest part of the earth to the farthest part of heaven.

13:28 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, all of you know that summer is near:

13:29 Even so, when you see these things taking place, you may be certain that he is near, even at the doors.
13:29 So all of you in like manner, when all of you shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

13:30 Truly, I say to you, This generation will not come to an end till all these things are complete.
13:30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

13:31 Heaven and earth will come to an end, but my words will not come to an end.

13:33 Take care, keep watch with prayer: for you are not certain when the time will be.

13:34 It is as when a man who is in another country for a time, having gone away from his house, and given authority to his servants and to everyone his work, gives the porter an order to keep watch.
13:34 For the Son of Man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the gate keeper to watch.

14:1 It was now two days before the feast of the Passover and the unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes made designs how they might take him by deceit and put him to death:
14:1 After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.

14:3 And while he was in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, seated at table, there came a woman with a bottle of perfumed oil of great price; and when the bottle was broken she put the perfume on his head.
14:3 And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at food, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.

14:4 But some of them were angry among themselves, saying, For what purpose has this oil been wasted?
14:4 And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?

14:5 We might have got more than three hundred pence for it, and given the money to the poor. And they said things against her among themselves.
14:5 For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

14:7 The poor you have ever with you, and whenever you have the desire you may do them good: but me you have not for ever.
14:7 For all of you have the poor with you always, and whenever all of you will all of you may do them good: but me all of you have not always.

14:8 She has done what she was able: she has put oil on my body to make it ready for its last resting-place.

14:9 And truly I say to you, Wherever the good news goes out through all the earth, what this woman has done will be talked of in memory of her.
14:9 Verily I say unto you, Where ever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she has done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

14:10 And Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went away to the chief priests, so that he might give him up to them.
14:10 And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them.

14:11 And hearing what he said, they were glad, and gave him their word to make him a payment of money. And he took thought how he might best give him up to them.
14:11 And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.

14:12 And on the first day of unleavened bread, when the Passover lamb is put to death, his disciples said to him, Where are we to go and make ready for you to take the Passover meal?
14:12 And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where will you that we go and prepare that you may eat the passover?

14:13 And he sent two of his disciples, and said to them, Go into the town, and there will come to you a man with a vessel of water: go after him;
14:13 And he sends forth two of his disciples, and says unto them, Go all of you into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.

14:14 And wherever he goes in, say to the owner of the house, The Master says, Where is my guest-room, where I may take the Passover with my disciples?
14:14 And where ever he shall go in, say all of you to the goodman of the house, The Master says, Where is the guest room, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

14:15 And he will take you up himself to a great room with a table and seats: there make ready for us.
14:15 And he will show you a large upper room furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.

14:16 And the disciples went out and came into the town, and saw that it was as he had said: and they made ready the Passover.

14:18 And while they were seated taking food, Jesus said, Truly I say to you, One of you will be false to me, one who is taking food with me.
14:18 And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eats with me shall betray me.

14:19 They were sad, and said to him one by one, Is it I?
14:19 And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?

14:21 The Son of man goes, even as the Writings say of him: but cursed is that man through whom the Son of man is given up! It would have been well for that man if he had never been given birth.
14:21 The Son of man indeed goes, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.

14:22 And while they were taking food, he took bread, and after blessing it, he gave the broken bread to them, and said, Take it: this is my body.
14:22 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.

14:23 And he took a cup, and when he had given praise, he gave it to them: and they all had a drink from it.

14:25 Truly I say to you, I will take no more of the fruit of the vine till the day when I take it new in the kingdom of God.
14:25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

14:27 And Jesus said to them, You will all be turned away from me: for it is in the Writings, I will put the keeper of the sheep to death, and the sheep will be put to flight.
14:27 And Jesus says unto them, All you shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.

14:58 He said in our hearing, I will put an end to this Temple which is made with hands, and in three days I will make another without hands.
14:58 We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.

14:60 And the high priest stood up in the midst, and asked Jesus, saying, Answer you nothing? what is it which these witness against you?

14:70 But again he said it was not so. And after a little time, again those who were near said to Peter, Truly you are one of them; for you are a Galilaean.
14:70 And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to Peter, Surely you are one of them: for you are a Galilaean, and your speech agrees thereto.

14:72 And in the same minute, the cock gave a second cry. And it came to Peter's mind how Jesus had said to him, Before the cock's second cry, you will say three times that you have no knowledge of me. And at this thought he was overcome with weeping.

15:1 And the first thing in the morning the chief priests, with those in authority and the scribes and all the Sanhedrin, had a meeting, and put cords round Jesus, and took him away, and gave him up to Pilate.
15:1 And immediately in the morning the chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate.

15:11 But the people were moved by the chief priests to make him let Barabbas go free.

15:12 And Pilate again said in answer to them, What then am I to do to him to whom you give the name of the King of the Jews?
15:12 And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will all of you then that I shall do unto him whom all of you call the King of the Jews?

15:13 And they said again loudly, To the cross with him!
15:13 And they cried out again, Crucify him.

15:14 And Pilate said to them, Why, what evil has he done? But their cry was the louder, To the cross!
15:14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil has he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him.

15:15 And Pilate, desiring to do what was pleasing to the people, let Barabbas go free, and gave up Jesus, when he had been whipped, to be put to death on the cross.
15:15 And so Pilate, willing to content the people, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified.

15:16 And the men of the army took him away into the square in front of the building which is the Praetorium, and they got together all the band.
15:16 And the soldiers led him away into the hall, called Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.

15:17 And they put a purple robe on him, and twisting a crown of thorns, they put it on him;
15:17 And they clothed him with purple, and intertwined a crown of thorns, and put it about his head,

15:18 And, as if honouring him, they said, Long life to the King of the Jews!
15:18 And began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!

15:19 And they gave him blows on the head with a stick and put shame on him and, going down on their knees, gave him worship.
15:19 And they stroke him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him.

15:20 And when they had made sport of him, they took the purple robe off him and put his clothing on him. And they took him out to put him to death on the cross.
15:20 And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple from him, and put his own clothes on him, and led him out to crucify him.

15:21 And they made one, Simon of Cyrene, the father of Alexander and Rufus, who was going by, coming from the country, go with them, so that he might take his cross.
15:21 And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross.

15:22 ¿¹¼ö¸¦ ²ø°í °ñ°í´Ù¶ó ÇÏ´Â °÷{¹ø¿ªÇϸé ÇØ°ñÀÇ °÷}¿¡ À̸£·¯
15:22 And they took him to the place named Golgotha, which is, Dead Man's Head.
15:22 And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull.

15:23 And they gave him wine mixed with myrrh; but he did not take it.
15:23 And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.

15:24 And he was nailed to the cross; and they made a division of his clothing among them, putting to the decision of chance what everyone was to take.
15:24 And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take.

15:27 And they put two thieves on crosses with him, one on his right side, and one on his left.
15:27 And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left.

15:29 And those who went by made sport of him, shaking their heads, and saying, Ha! you who give the Temple to destruction, and put it up again in three days,
15:29 And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, you that destroys the temple, and build it in three days,

15:30 Keep yourself from death, and come down from the cross.

15:31 In the same way the chief priests, laughing at him among themselves with the scribes, said, A saviour of others, he has no salvation for himself.
15:31 Likewise also the chief priests mocking said among themselves with the scribes, He saved others; himself he cannot save.

15:32 Let the Christ, the King of Israel, come down now from the cross, so that we may see and have belief. And those who were put on crosses with him said evil things against him.
15:32 Let Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reviled him.

15:34 And at the ninth hour, Jesus said in a loud voice, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, My God, my God, why are you turned away from me?
15:34 And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?

15:35 And some of those who were near, hearing it, said, See, he is crying to Elijah.
15:35 And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calls Elijah.

15:36 And one of them went quickly and, getting a sponge full of bitter wine, put it on a rod, and gave it to him for drink, saying, Let be; let us see if Elijah will come to take him down.
15:36 And one ran and filled a sponge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elijah will come to take him down.

15:37 And Jesus gave a loud cry, and gave up his spirit.
15:37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the spirit.

15:38 And the curtain of the Temple was parted in two from end to end.
15:38 And the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom.

15:39 And when the captain, who was near, saw how he gave up his spirit, he said, Truly this man was a son of God.
15:39 And when the centurion, which stood opposite to him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the spirit, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.

15:40 And there were women watching from a distance: among them were Mary Magdalene, and Mary, the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome,
15:40 There were also women looking on far off: among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome;

15:41 Who went with him when he was in Galilee and took care of him; and a number of other women who came up with him to Jerusalem.

15:43 There came Joseph of Arimathaea, a responsible man in high honour, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God; and he went in to Pilate without fear, and made a request for the body of Jesus.
15:43 Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.

15:44 And Pilate was surprised that he was dead; and, sending for the captain, he put a question to see if he had been dead for long.
15:44 And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead.

15:45 And when he had news of it from the captain, he let Joseph have the body.
15:45 And when he knew it of the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph.

15:46 And he got a linen cloth and, taking him down, put the linen cloth round him, and put him in a place for the dead which had been cut out of a rock; and a stone was rolled against the door.
15:46 And he bought fine linen, and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a tomb which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the tomb.

16:1 And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene and Mary, the mother of James, and Salome, got spices, so that they might come and put them on him.
16:1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.

16:2 And very early after dawn on the first day of the week, they came at the time of the coming up of the sun to the place where the body had been put.
16:2 And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the tomb at the rising of the sun.

16:3 And they were saying among themselves, Who will get the stone rolled away from the door for us?
16:3 And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the tomb?

16:4 ´«À» µé¾î º»Áï µ¹ÀÌ ¹ú½á ±¼·ÁÁ³À¸´Ï ±× µ¹ÀÌ ½ÉÈ÷ Å©´õ¶ó
16:4 And looking up, they saw that the stone was rolled back; and it was of great size.
16:4 And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.

16:5 ¹«´ý¿¡ µé¾î°¡¼­ Èò ¿ÊÀ» ÀÔÀº ÇÑ Ã»³âÀÌ ¿ìÆí¿¡ ¾ÉÀº °ÍÀ» º¸°í ³î¶ó¸Å
16:5 And when they went in, they saw a young man seated on the right side, dressed in a white robe; and they were full of wonder.
16:5 And entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.

16:6 And he said to them, Do not be troubled: you are looking for Jesus, the Nazarene, who has been put to death on the cross; he has come back from the dead; he is not here: see, the place where they put him!
16:6 And he says unto them, Be not affrighted: All of you seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he has risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

16:7 But go, say to his disciples and to Peter, He goes before you into Galilee: there you will see him, as he said to you.

16:8 And they went out quickly, and fled from the tomb; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.

16:9 Now when he came back from the dead early on the first day of the week, he went first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had sent out seven evil spirits.

16:10 ¸¶¸®¾Æ°¡ °¡¼­ ¿¹¼ö¿Í ÇÔ²² ÇÏ´ø »ç¶÷µéÀÇ ½½ÆÛÇÏ¸ç ¿ï°í ÀÖ´Â Áß¿¡ ÀÌ ÀÏÀ» °íÇϸÅ
16:10 She went and gave news of it to those who had been with him, while they were sorrowing and weeping.
16:10 And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

16:11 ±×µéÀº ¿¹¼öÀÇ »ìÀ¸¼Ì´Ù´Â °Í°ú ¸¶¸®¾Æ¿¡°Ô º¸À̴̼ٴ °ÍÀ» µè°íµµ ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϴ϶ó
16:11 And they, when it came to their ears that he was living, and had been seen by her, had no belief in it.
16:11 And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.

16:12 ¡Û ±× ÈÄ¿¡ ÀúÈñ Áß µÎ »ç¶÷ÀÌ °É¾î¼­ ½Ã°ñ·Î °¥ ¶§¿¡ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´Ù¸¥ ¸ð¾çÀ¸·Î ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª½Ã´Ï
16:12 And after these things he was seen in another form by two of them, while they were walking on their way into the country.
16:12 After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.

16:13 µÎ »ç¶÷ÀÌ °¡¼­ ³²Àº Á¦Àڵ鿡°Ô °íÇÏ¿´À¸µÇ ¿ª½Ã ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇϴ϶ó
16:13 And they went away and gave news of it to the rest; and they had no belief in what was said.
16:13 And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.

16:14 ¡Û ±× ÈÄ¿¡ ¿­ ÇÑ Á¦ÀÚ°¡ À½½Ä ¸ÔÀ» ¶§¿¡ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ÀúÈñ¿¡°Ô ³ªÅ¸³ª»ç ÀúÈñÀÇ ¹ÏÀ½ ¾ø´Â °Í°ú ¸¶À½ÀÌ ¿Ï¾ÇÇÑ °ÍÀ» ²Ù¢À¸½Ã´Ï ÀÌ´Â ÀÚ±âÀÇ »ì¾Æ³­ °ÍÀ» º» ÀÚµéÀÇ ¸»À» ¹ÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÔÀÏ·¯¶ó
16:14 And later he was seen by the eleven themselves while they were taking food; and he said sharp words to them because they had no faith and their hearts were hard, and because they had no belief in those who had seen him after he had come back from the dead.
16:14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at food, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.

16:15 ¶Ç °¡¶ó»ç´ë ³ÊÈñ´Â ¿Â õÇÏ¿¡ ´Ù´Ï¸ç ¸¸¹Î¿¡°Ô º¹À½À» ÀüÆÄÇ϶ó
16:15 And he said to them, Go into all the world, and give the good news to everyone.
16:15 And he said unto them, Go all of you into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

16:16 ¹Ï°í ¼¼·Ê¸¦ ¹Þ´Â »ç¶÷Àº ±¸¿øÀ» ¾òÀ» °ÍÀÌ¿ä ¹ÏÁö ¾Ê´Â »ç¶÷Àº Á¤Á˸¦ ¹ÞÀ¸¸®¶ó
16:16 He who has faith and is given baptism will get salvation; but he who has not faith will be judged.
16:16 He that believes and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believes not shall be damned.

16:17 ¹Ï´Â Àڵ鿡°Ô´Â ÀÌ·± Ç¥ÀûÀÌ µû¸£¸®´Ï °ð ÀúÈñ°¡ ³» À̸§À¸·Î ±Í½ÅÀ» ÂѾƳ»¸ç »õ ¹æ¾ðÀ» ¸»Çϸç
16:17 And these signs will be with those who have faith: in my name they will send out evil spirits; and they will make use of new languages;
16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

16:18 ¹ìÀ» ÁýÀ¸¸ç ¹«½¼ µ¶À» ¸¶½ÇÁö¶óµµ Çظ¦ ¹ÞÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¸ç º´µç »ç¶÷¿¡°Ô ¼ÕÀ» ¾ñÀºÁï ³ªÀ¸¸®¶ó ÇϽôõ¶ó
16:18 They will take up snakes, and if there is poison in their drink, it will do them no evil; they will put their hands on those who are ill, and they will get well.
16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

16:19 ÁÖ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ¸»¾¸À» ¸¶Ä¡½Å ÈÄ¿¡ Çϴ÷Π¿Ã¸®¿ì»ç Çϳª´Ô ¿ìÆí¿¡ ¾ÉÀ¸½Ã´Ï¶ó
16:19 So then the Lord Jesus, after he had said these words to them, was taken up into heaven and took his seat at the right hand of God.
16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

16:20 And they went out, preaching everywhere, the Lord working with them, and giving witness to the word by the signs which came after. So be it.
16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word (o. logos) with signs following. Amen.
