1:1 Павел, волею Божиею Апостол Иисуса Христа, и Тимофейбрат,
1:1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,
1:2 находящимся в Колоссах святым и верным братиям во Христе Иисусе:
1:2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1:3 благодать вам и мир от Бога Отца нашего и Господа Иисуса Христа. Благодарим Бога и Отца Господа нашего Иисуса Христа, всегда молясь о вас,
1:3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,
1:4 услышав о вере вашей во Христа Иисуса и о любви ко всем святым,
1:4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the (o. agape) love which all of you have to all the saints,
1:5 в надежде на уготованное вам на небесах, о чем вы прежде слышали в истинном слове благовествования,
1:5 For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof all of you heard before in the (o. logos) word of the truth of the gospel;
1:6 которое пребывает у вас, как и во всем мире, и приносит плод, и возрастает, как и между вами, с того дня, как вы услышали и познали благодать Божию в истине,
1:6 Which has come unto you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day all of you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
1:7 как и научились от Епафраса, возлюбленного сотрудника нашего, верного для вас служителя Христова,
1:7 As all of you also learned of Epaphras our dear fellow servant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;
1:8 который и известил нас о вашей любви в духе.
1:8 Who also declared unto us your (o. agape) love in the (o. pneuma) Spirit.
1:9 Посему и мы с того дня, как о сем услышали, не перестаем молиться о вас и просить, чтобы вы исполнялись познанием воли Его, во всякой премудрости и разумении духовном,
1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that all of you might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
1:10 чтобы поступали достойно Бога, во всем угождая Ему , принося плод во всяком деле благом и возрастая в познании Бога,
1:10 That all of you might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
1:11 укрепляясь всякою силою по могуществу славы Его, во всяком терпении и великодушии с радостью,
1:11 Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
1:12 благодаря Бога и Отца, призвавшего нас к участию в наследии святых во свете,
1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which has made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
1:13 избавившего нас от власти тьмы и введшего в Царство возлюбленного Сына Своего,
1:13 Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his (o. agape) dear Son:
1:14 в Котором мы имеем искупление Кровию Его и прощение грехов,
1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
1:15 Который есть образ Бога невидимого, рожденный прежде всякой твари;
1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
1:16 ибо Им создано все, что на небесах и что на земле, видимое и невидимое: престолы ли, господства ли, начальства ли, власти ли, – все Им и для Него создано;
1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
1:17 и Он есть прежде всего, и все Им стоит.
1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
1:18 И Он есть глава тела Церкви; Он – начаток, первенециз мертвых, дабы иметь Ему во всем первенство,
1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
1:19 ибо благоугодно было Отцу , чтобы в Нем обитала всякая полнота,
1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fullness dwell;
1:20 и чтобы посредством Его примирить с Собою все, умиротворив через Него, Кровию креста Его, и земное и небесное.
1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
1:21 И вас, бывших некогда отчужденными и врагами, порасположению к злым делам,
1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled
1:22 ныне примирил в теле Плоти Его, смертью Его, чтобы представить вас святыми и непорочными и неповинными пред Собою,
1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and irreproachable in his sight:
1:23 если только пребываете тверды и непоколебимы в вере и не отпадаете от надежды благовествования, которое вы слышали, которое возвещено всей твари поднебесной, которого я, Павел, сделался служителем.
1:23 If all of you continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which all of you have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
1:24 Ныне радуюсь в страданиях моих за вас и восполняю недостаток в плоти моей скорбей Христовых за Тело Его, которое есть Церковь,
1:24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:
1:25 которой сделался я служителем по домостроительству Божию, вверенному мне для вас, чтобы исполнить слово Божие,
1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill the (o. logos) word of God;
1:26 тайну, сокрытую от веков и родов, ныне же открытую святым Его,
1:26 Even the mystery which has been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
1:27 Которым благоволил Бог показать, какое богатство славы в тайне сей для язычников, которая есть Христос в вас,упование славы,
1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
1:28 Которого мы проповедуем, вразумляя всякого человека и научая всякой премудрости, чтобы представить всякого человека совершенным во Христе Иисусе;
1:28 Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:
1:29 для чего я и тружусь и подвизаюсь силою Его, действующею во мне могущественно.
1:29 Unto which I also labour, striving according to his working, which works in me mightily.
2:1 Желаю, чтобы вы знали, какой подвиг имею я ради вас и ради тех, которые в Лаодикии и Иераполе, и ради всех, кто не видел лица моего в плоти,
2:1 For I would that all of you knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
2:2 дабы утешились сердца их, соединенные в любви для всякого богатства совершенного разумения, для познания тайны Бога и Отца и Христа,
2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in (o. agape) love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
2:3 в Котором сокрыты все сокровища премудрости и ведения.
2:3 In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
2:4 Это говорю я для того, чтобы кто-нибудь не прельстил вас вкрадчивыми словами;
2:4 And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
2:5 ибо хотя я и отсутствую телом, но духом нахожусь с вами, радуясь и видя ваше благоустройство и твердость веры вашей во Христа.
2:5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the (o. pneuma) spirit, rejoicing and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
2:6 Посему, как вы приняли Христа Иисуса Господа, так и ходите в Нем,
2:6 As all of you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk all of you in him:
2:7 будучи укоренены и утверждены в Нем и укреплены в вере, как вы научены, преуспевая в ней с благодарением.
2:7 Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as all of you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
2:8 Смотрите, братия, чтобы кто не увлек вас философиею и пустым обольщением, по преданию человеческому, по стихиям мира, а не по Христу;
2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
2:9 ибо в Нем обитает вся полнота Божества телесно,
2:9 For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
2:10 и вы имеете полноту в Нем, Который есть глава всякого начальства и власти.
2:10 And all of you are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:
2:11 В Нем вы и обрезаны обрезанием нерукотворенным, совлечением греховного тела плоти, обрезанием Христовым;
2:11 In whom also all of you are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
2:12 быв погребены с Ним вкрещении, в Нем вы и совоскресли верою в силу Бога, Который воскресил Его из мертвых,
2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also all of you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
2:13 и вас, которые были мертвы во грехах и в необрезании плоти вашей, оживил вместе сНим, простив нам все грехи,
2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
2:14 истребив учением бывшее о нас рукописание, которое было против нас, и Он взял его от среды и пригвоздил ко кресту;
2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
2:15 отняв силы у начальств и властей, властно подверг их позору, восторжествовав над ними Собою.
2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
2:16 Итак никто да не осуждает вас за пищу, или питие,или за какой-нибудь праздник, или новомесячие, или субботу:
2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
2:17 это есть тень будущего, а тело – во Христе.
2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
2:18 Никто да не обольщает вас самовольным смиренномудрием и служением Ангелов, вторгаясь в то, чего не видел, безрассудно надмеваясь плотским своим умом
2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
2:19 и не держась главы, от которой все тело, составами и связями будучи соединяемо и скрепляемо, растет возрастом Божиим.
2:19 And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increases with the increase of God.
2:20 Итак, если вы со Христом умерли для стихий мира, тодля чего вы, как живущие в мире, держитесь постановлений:
2:20 Wherefore if all of you be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are all of you subject to ordinances,
2:21 „не прикасайся", „не вкушай", „не дотрагивайся" –
2:21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
2:22 что все истлевает от употребления, - по заповедям и учению человеческому?
2:22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
2:23 Это имеет только вид мудрости в самовольном служении, смиренномудрии и изнурении тела, в некотором небрежении о насыщении плоти.
2:23 Which things have indeed a (o. logos) show of wisdom religious outlook, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
3:1 Итак, если вы воскресли со Христом, то ищите горнего, где Христос сидит одесную Бога;
3:1 If all of you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God.
3:2 о горнем помышляйте, а не о земном.
3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3:3 Ибо вы умерли, и жизнь ваша сокрыта со Христом в Боге.
3:3 For all of you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
3:4 Когда же явится Христос, жизнь ваша, тогда и вы явитесь с Ним во славе.
3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall all of you also appear with him in glory.
3:5 Итак, умертвите земные члены ваши: блуд, нечистоту,страсть, злую похоть и любостяжание, которое есть идолослужение,
3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
3:6 за которые гнев Божий грядет на сынов противления,
3:6 For which things' sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience:
3:7 в которых и вы некогда обращались, когда жили между ними.
3:7 In the which all of you also walked some time, when all of you lived in them.
3:8 А теперь вы отложите все: гнев, ярость, злобу, злоречие, сквернословие уст ваших;
3:8 But now all of you also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
3:9 не говорите лжи друг другу,совлекшись ветхого человека с делами его
3:9 Lie not one to another, seeing that all of you have put off the old man with his deeds;
3:10 и облекшись в нового, который обновляется в познании по образу Создавшего его,
3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
3:11 где нет ни Еллина, ни Иудея, ни обрезания, нинеобрезания, варвара, Скифа, раба, свободного, но все и во всем Христос.
3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Savages, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
3:12 Итак облекитесь, как избранные Божии, святые и возлюбленные, в милосердие, благость, смиренномудрие, кротость, долготерпение,
3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
3:13 снисходя друг другу и прощая взаимно, если кто на кого имеет жалобу: как Христоспростил вас, так и вы.
3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do all of you.
3:14 Более же всего облекитесь в любовь, которая есть совокупностьсовершенства.
3:14 And above all these things put on (o. agape) love, which is the bond of perfection.
3:15 И да владычествует в сердцах ваших мир Божий, ккоторому вы и призваны в одном теле, и будьте дружелюбны.
3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also all of you are called in one body; and be all of you thankful.
3:16 Слово Христово да вселяется в вас обильно, со всякою премудростью; научайте и вразумляйте друг друга псалмами, славословием и духовными песнями, во благодати воспевая в сердцах ваших Господу.
3:16 Let the (o. logos) word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
3:17 И все, что вы делаете, словом или делом, все делайте во имя Господа Иисуса Христа, благодаря через Него Бога и Отца.
3:17 And whatsoever all of you do in (o. logos) word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
3:18 Жены, повинуйтесь мужьям своим, как прилично в Господе.
3:18 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.
3:19 Мужья, любите своих жен и не будьте кним суровы.
3:19 Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.
3:20 Дети, будьте послушны родителям вашим во всем, ибо это благоугодно Господу.
3:20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
3:21 Отцы, не раздражайте детей ваших, дабы они не унывали.
3:21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.
3:22 Рабы, во всем повинуйтесь господам вашим по плоти, не в глазах только служа им , как человекоугодники, но в простоте сердца, боясь Бога.
3:22 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eye-service, as men-pleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God;
3:23 И все, что делаете, делайте от души, как для Господа, а не для человеков,
3:23 And whatsoever all of you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
3:24 зная, что в воздаяние от Господа получите наследие, ибо вы служите Господу Христу.
3:24 Knowing that of the Lord all of you shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for all of you serve the Lord Christ.
3:25 А кто неправо поступит, тот получит по своей неправде, у Него нет лицеприятия.
3:25 But he that does wrong shall receive for the wrong which he has done: and there is no respect of persons.
4:1 Господа, оказывайте рабам должное и справедливое, зная, что и вы имеете Господа на небесах.
4:1 Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that all of you also have a Master in heaven.
4:2 Будьте постоянны в молитве, бодрствуя в ней с благодарением.
4:2 Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
4:3 Молитесь также и о нас, чтобы Бог отверз нам дверь для слова, возвещать тайну Христову, за которую я и в узах,
4:3 Likewise praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of (o. logos) utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4:4 дабы я открыл ее, как должно мне возвещать.
4:4 That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
4:5 Со внешними обходитесь благоразумно, пользуясь временем.
4:5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
4:6 Слово ваше да будет всегда с благодатию, приправлено солью, дабывы знали, как отвечать каждому.
4:6 Let your (o. logos) speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that all of you may know how all of you ought to answer every man.
4:7 О мне все скажет вам Тихик, возлюбленный брат и верный служитель и сотрудник в Господе,
4:7 All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord:
4:8 которого я для того послал к вам, чтобы он узнал о ваших обстоятельствах и утешил сердца ваши,
4:8 Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
4:9 с Онисимом, верным и возлюбленным братом нашим, который от вас. Они расскажут вам о всем здешнем.
4:9 With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.
4:10 Приветствует вас Аристарх, заключенный вместе со мною, и Марк, племянник Варнавы – о котором вы получили приказания: если придет к вам, примите его, –
4:10 Aristarchus my fellow-prisoner salutes you, and Marcus, sister's (concerning whom all of you received commandments: if he comes unto you, receive him;)
4:11 также Иисус, прозываемый Иустом, оба из обрезанных.Они – единственные сотрудники для Царствия Божия, бывшие мне отрадою.
4:11 And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellow workers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
4:12 Приветствует вас Епафрас ваш, раб Иисуса Христа, всегда подвизающийся за вас в молитвах, чтобы вы пребыли совершенны и исполнены всем, что угодно Богу.
4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, salutes you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that all of you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
4:13 Свидетельствую о нем, что он имеет великую ревность и заботу о вас и о находящихся в Лаодикии и Иераполе.
4:13 For I bear him record, that he has a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.
4:14 Приветствует вас Лука, врач возлюбленный, и Димас.
4:14 Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.
4:15 Приветствуйте братьев в Лаодикии, и Нимфана, и домашнюю церковь его.
4:15 Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
4:16 Когда это послание прочитано будет у вас, то распорядитесь, чтобы оно было прочитано ив Лаодикийской церкви; а то, которое из Лаодикии, прочитайте и вы.
4:16 And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that all of you likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
4:17 Скажите Архиппу: смотри, чтобы тебе исполнить служение, которое ты принял в Господе.
4:17 And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you fulfill it.
4:18 Приветствие моею рукою, Павловою. Помните мои узы. Благодать со всеми вами. Аминь.
4:18 The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen.
